Отвратительная гостиница и обслуживание. Из хорошего - более-менее нормальное постельное белье. Очень злобная администратор при заселении, как в советские времена "ну а что вы хотели, у нас не 5 звезд". вайфай есть, но не работает. Когда спрашиваешь про чайник в номере и другие услуги по телефону, говорят что все есть, но по факту ты бегаешь по этажам и ищешь где его взять. Лифта нет, чемодан вам никто нести не поможет. Фен дают на 30 минут утром "на ночь нельзя"!!! розетки только возле кровати, посушить волосы возле зеркала у вас не выйдет. Давно в таком кошмаре не жила, хотя много езжу в командировках по всей России, но эта гостиница перещеголяла по ужасу сервиса все, где я была. Про еду понятно забудьте. НИКОГДА не выбирайте эту гостиницу.
