InPoint Apartments G13 Near Old Town & Kazimierz

Poor customer service and misleading information in booking page. We booked one of the apartments with projector. The apartment is called Cinema. In the booking page you see all the apartment pictures together, one of them with the projector and Netflix logo. In the booking page when booking the apartment it does not say that the apartment does not have streaming services. It is very very easy to assume it has when you have seen all the pictures. What was our disappointment when we arrived and no Netflix! We checked in relatively late and the TV box was not even working because the WiFi was off. So, no WiFi, no TV on arrival in our cinema room, and nothing to do because there is no manned reception at any time. You have some contact numbers that claim to be available 24 hrs but when you write at 9 am in the morning they don't answer. In addition, this cinema room was supposed to have two nice big speakers and when we managed to have someone from management coming to sort the WiFi and explain the misinformation about streaming services, says speakers are in repair but projector sound is just fine... So much for a Cinema room!! I asked to find a solution to remedy this, the lady completely evaded an answer. Other than that the apartment is OK, clean and well equipped but decoration looks cheap. Bathroom does not even have a showerhead hook and the huge terrace comes with a cheap table and just ONE chair. Bedsheets make you sweat like hell because the mattress cover is one of those cheap polyester covers. Location is just soso. 20 min walk from old town but for this price you can find great rooms closer. (the only reason we chose this place was because of the projector)... If you have light sleep bring earplugs, you can hear the street through windows and also the fridge in the room is quite noisy.
