A really nice place to put your head down for a few days, nice welcoming staff on the check in desk. Myself and my wife turned up to check in a wee bit early. " No worries. Your room is ready" she gave us or key, and away we went up to our room an hour and a half early! So thanks to the nice lady on the check in desk. The room itself was a decent size, well equipped with a tv , desk, chair , a nice wardrobe, and a nice bathroom with a brilliant working shower. It was cleaned to a very good standard. A couple of minor points, there is no tea or coffee making facilities, also the floorboards were squeaky! If you happen to be looking for 5 star luxury...... don't come here. But if you are after a decent size clean room with a private bathroom/ shower, and a really good breakfast thrown in, with hot/ cold continental buffet style food. For the money you pay, I think that you would not find anywhere close offering the value for money that this establishment provides. The jordan guest rooms will always get a good recommendation from me 👍🏻

The staff in this hotel are 5* So friendly, informative, kind and patient with the guests. The hotel is excellent located just a 5 min walk from the square & clean and tidy there is a good selection of continental breakfast foods on offer served by a lovely lady who tops it up through the morning. The rooms are clean and very warm of a night. Down stairs is a relaxed bistro where the staff serve hot & cold drinks! Try the most delicious hot chocolate it’s superb. I Can not fault this place for customers service & location. And I would definitely return here.

The cheap table fan in the room was very noisy. When a replacement was requested, i was surprised to hear from the receptionist that there were no spare fans. A huge chain of hotels..and NOT EVEN ONE SPARE FAN! Or was the girl just too lazy or uninterested to look for another fan? Terrible. Noises from the street are very intrusive and disturb one's sleep.
The breakfast was very good and the breakfast attendant was very friendly and helpful. Overall, not a bad stay but the young girl receptionist should develop better customer service skills and not look like we are a disturbance in her day.

Great location close to centre and railway station. Does include breakfast though as a vegan very limited.

With out doubt I would recoommend this small Hotel.Great location 4 minutes walk to main square. Comfotable very warm rooms, with constant hot water . Continental breakfast with wide choice.Attentive reception staff who really made you feel welcome. We 100%, would return if we travel to Krakow again.

For a rather cramped 5 floor hotel I really liked this hotel. Staff are friendly and responsive. Breakfast is in a slightly quirky basement but the food was good.

Stayed for 2 nights with a friend in a twin room, cost us about 40 euros a night having selected the most basic option. I felt we got great value for money from the experience, the room was a little worn, but everything had been cleaned well, and there was good storage space. We had been told there was no window but we had a skylight still, which was positive. I'm not sure if this was an upgrade or anything as it wasn't mentioned. Very happy with the hotel for the price paid. Decent room although a bit of a quirky layout. Included breakfast was good and great that it was included. Staff were friendly and gave good advice, plus willing to provide and extension cord and bag storage.
