Flight from Bristol to Corfu, then the 15 bus from the airport to the Ferry and a 30 minute crossing to Saranda on a hydrofoil... Could not have been easier! We are here for a couple of weeks in Ksamil just before the main tourist season. Our accommodation is Villa Blue (but now it is all white!). Good location on the outskirts of the town. Fantastic and accommodating hostess, Marinela. The room has a balcony that goes around two sides and has a wonderful view of the nearby beach and mountains in the distance. It appears that a lot of the rooms are being refurbished for the new season, the whole place feels very fresh and new. Our stay here, for 13 nights, room only, cost just £220, making it the best value holiday that we have had ... I'm sure prices will increase, but honestly I'd be happy to have paid twice the amount. Nothing seems to be too much trouble.... Even with my fairly fussy wife! 😁 I would be very interested to return here in say, 5 years, to see how the place has developed. There are a lot of infrastructure developments going on (roads, property etc).
