Trip.com stated 5* hotel but Google map stated 4*. Some personal feedback: Pros: ‼️ Location, location and location - While everywhere was jammed during countdown eve, the Grab driver was shocked our location was sooo smooth. From KLCC back to hotel was a breeze. ‼️ Water was refilled daily 👍 Cons: ❌ No bar fridge 😱 ❌ Phone was spoilt ❌ Office chair cushion literally sink in when seated omg. ❌ Hot water erratic and rain shower anyhow splash ❌ Noise - No way to sleep when someone is showering. Overall, breakfast was decent standard will likely stay here again in my next stay but hopefully not 20 years later. Cheers.

Lobby located on the 9th Floor on top of Sunway Putra Mall with easy access to nearby public transport and a walking distance to LRT station CHECK-IN: - Late check in, waited for few guests during check-in around 11.45pm (Sunday 25Feb2024), which took a while - Free room upgrade, which i really appreciate by one male FO, there are one male and one female, both malay front office was on duty at that time - Staff Quite Friendly - Reasonable price ROOM/SERVICE: - Well-maintained, comfortable and very clean room - Spacious room - Fascinating view of Pool facing KLCC and Kuala Lumpur town center view. Overall, this is one of my favorite hotel for Healing.. would recommend to everyone. Special Thanks to the FO on duty during my check in.

Room nice view, clean and grand, but buffet breakfast,very confusing for taking one hour, I’m booking time 8:15am-9:15am, take food took 25min to arrive, wan order next , the staff say Worried about not having enough time to prepare food, The premise is that there is no advance notice，🤷🏻♀️🤷🏻♀️

Newly renovated property with contemporary design with great details. Wonderful Marriott hospitality from everyone in the hotel especially the reception and the waiters. Great value for money for weekday stay with breakfast and dinner buffet all included. Enjoyed the morning swim in the little pool. Drivers beware of narrow road down to the carpark. You got what u paid. That's how I summarised my experience. I booked through agoda and paid beliw RM50 for my room. Room was really small. Only fit a single bed and a table. TV has no channel at all. Toilet was also so freaking small that I couldn't take my bath properly. I have to sit on the toilet to shower. No parking provided but there is a parking lot in front of the hotel. You need to pay RM5 to park there. The hotel is right beside Dynasty hotel but the front door is facing backward. It is kinda hard to locate. I only stayed for one night. But staff was helpful.

Pros- The room fits 4 adults comfortably or family with 3 small kids. Cons- -One of the bed gives a loud squeaking sound as if the plank underneath are broken but still sleepable😅 -The toilet was not very clean. Can still see moldiness on its walls n floors. -There were ONLY one plug point in the room which was hidden behind the TV made known to us when we asked the receptionist and then they provided us with an extension wire. -THE WORST OF IT ALL WAS, WE WERE IN THE ROOM WHEN SUDDENLY WE HEARD SOMEONE SWIPING THE KEY CARD N OPENED THE DOOR. I managed to yell before they cud opened it further. We were appalled that they did not knock before using the key card when they wanted to give us mugs tat we didn’t asked for🤦🏻‍♀️ Parking is nearby either one charged by local council or private parking because the hotel is located right smack behind of Tawakal hospital.But quite a challenge to find parking because that area has a quite a number of good eateries.Its congested with people coming in n out that area.

Always my go-to place whenever I am in Kuala Lumpur. Destination is not near any public transport but with Grab, it is easy to get anywhere. Only 15 minutes to the heart of KL itself and about 20 minutes to Petaling Jaya, which I love. Pillows and bed are EXTREMELY comfortable, you won't want to leave the bed!

I stayed 2 days in Carnhill for conference. It is very near to MITEC. There is no food at the hotel in the morning as the restaurant opens for breakfast at 11 am. Basically no facilities in the hotel. It is quite an old hotel. The TV has no channel to watch, only 1 Malay channel. The counter Chinese lady and a Malay guy are both very helpful as I lost my handphone on a Saturday night. The guy helped me to locate the phone and finally found in my friend's car. Very much appreciated his help.

Good location as it is walking distance from the LRT. Plenty of shops and eateries. Wifi DID NOT work although tried to get the front desk to look into it but nothing happened. Tiny baby coachroaches running around in the dark, maybe they shuld think about putting some repellant to make them go away, so definitely sleep with the light on. Overall its ok for the price
