Good location & views . Lack of laundry service is quite disappointing. Good mattress. air conditioner is working. I prefer fan because doesn’t like to stay all night long in air conditioner room. Good food for breakfast. very crowded during my stay because it is school holiday .

Hi, we had a great stay in AC hotel. The room is very clean and shower is great with strong water pressure. Morning breakfast is good too. We really had a good rest and pleasant stay.

The Hotel is nice….the room is so big, clean and tidy. The furniture is complete with refrigerator, microwave and washing machine. Besides that, the location also strategic because nearby shop and opposite there’s have so many food stall. The sea view very nice and the swimming pool also is awesome!

I was assigned a room at 4th floor. Since its at lower level of its 15 storey, I requested a room facing not facing the noisy main street. Good choice: view of a football filed, a mosque and part of the city. The room: The Hotel management probably believe that 1980s heyday decor is a selling point. Save for the flat screen telly, the rest still preserves its 80s setting: louvred wardrobe, bedside cabinet central console with rocker switches, blanket on top of sheets (not quilt), tiled (not marbled) bathroom floor, queen (not king) bed. They try to keep the cleanliness but the permanent stains on chairs, moulds around aircond vent, peeling furniture paint, mildew on bathroom wall are beyond the housekeeping department’s routine; the whole place needs serious makeover.

Fantastic stay. I can view menara 188 from my room. Fantastic view. The room is clean. Hot water functions well. Toiletries are given. The bed size is king size. The room is large. Location very good near menara 188 around 800 metres. Parking is free and plenty. The best offers are free breakfast and good customer service. I will repeat it next time.

1. Requested for a non-smoking room during check in, we found some stains on the bed. We tried to call housekeeping to change the bed sheet but the phone was not working. Had to get down to the lobby personally to inform the front desk to request for change of bed sheet. Housekeeping came and ”changed” the bed sheet. We inspected the bed sheet and found the exact same stain at the exact same location. 2. The toilet's door cannot be closed. Frustrated with 3 major issues within 15 minutes , we headed to the lobby and demanded to change our room. Got a smoking room as that was their last available room. 3. Telephone line was not working again, toilet roll was not available. 4. We know this hotel do not provide toothbrush & toothpaste so we brought our own. When we return on the 2nd day, all our toiletries were gone. Housekeeping threw our toiletries WITHOUT our consent when they do NOT provide toiletries. Had to go down to the lobby to make another complaint again (remember the phone was not working?). Front desk promised to send toiletries to our room but it NEVER came. 5. During check out on the 3rd day, the housekeeping saw us and offered to compensate us for disposing our toiletries. As much as I appreciate their effort to own their mistake, this compensation (if ever required) should come from the management and not their staffs for not providing sufficient training and making clear the hotel's policy to their staffs. Overall, I am totally upset and will never return.

The price of the room was reasonable given that it was during a Malaysian festive season as well as a long weekend break. Our room (suite) comes with a smaller room with an attached bathroom which is convenient for the four of us. Both rooms are equipped with standard amenities which is a plus point. The location of the hotel was tucked behind the main road so there was minimal noise level from the streets. The check-in and check-out process was hassle-free. In a nutshell, this hotel is well priced for a short stay in Kuantan.

Loved the stay, resort is beautiful with well manicured gardens and grounds. The only blip was the F&B options, as there was only one outlet open with very limited menu. Pool and villa was super clean and comfortable, will definitely come back!

Best to stay here. free parking, good food, small room, clean bathroom. Great view and great value. Location in the middle of viral places. Just walking distance. It has wifi so that I can get access to my online work. overall best accommodations with restaurant and breakfast provided by this hotel .
