Jinjiang Metropolis Hotel (Dianchi Wanda Branch)

Environment: The hotel corridor smelled so bad that the children covered their noses. The soundproofing of the room is not good and there is noise all night. The windows are not soundproofed and it is noisy on the 25th floor. Service: The shampoo in the room was empty and no one took care of it. I had to wait for half an hour to change things. Hygiene: The bath towels are dirty and yellowed. All in all, a very bad experience. Not recommended for bringing children out.

The hotel environment is very good, the stay is comfortable, you can watch the sunrise and sunset, the breakfast is rich and the taste is excellent. There is a dedicated parking lot downstairs for free parking, which is very convenient. Very close to Dianchi Haigeng Park.

Facilities: Intelligent voice control, many things are very convenient, the facilities in the room are complete, but the toilet at the dock is relatively old Hygiene: Very clean and looks okay Environment: Overall, it's OK. There's a laundry room, breakfast, and a treadmill. But I don't know how to turn on the treadmill, and I can't find the switch. Service: pretty good The main reason is that it is very convenient to eat around here and it is close to Wanda, but it is not in Wanda area and it is very noisy. This location is much better. There are many restaurants and it is convenient to take a taxi, but it is a bit far from the subway.

A smart hotel. The "Xiaodu" in the room can control the TV, air conditioning, lights, and wake up... It is a very user-friendly hotel. There are snacks on the bar and warm red date tea in the lobby on the first floor. The heating is sufficient... it warms the whole winter. Apples were also given as gifts on Christmas Eve, and the ordinary little surprises once again nourished the soul.

I have never given a negative review to a hotel, but I hope the hotel management will pay more attention to it. Stayed two nights in a row, three questions. ①When I entered the elevator after checking in, I found the elevator in the middle opposite the front desk. After I got off the elevator, the elevator did not close for a long time. I checked the time for about two or three minutes, and the elevator door remained open. Although it is not a hotel-specific elevator, in the same building, the construction manufacturers are all the same, so it is difficult not to worry about the safety of the elevator. ②Due to a power supply problem on the first night, the lights in the room suddenly turned on in the middle of the night. The hotel did not take the initiative to provide feedback and explanation. Instead, it told me that it was a circuit problem when I asked about it the next night. ③I wanted to have a good sleep the next night, but I was woken up by the phone in the room around 7 a.m. The ringing sound was very loud, and I was startled awake. I reported the problem to the front desk when I checked out. The front desk was very nice and said they would give me a reply, but I still haven't received a relevant reply today. Having stayed in many chain hotels, I may not choose Jinjiang Metropolo Series again. This trip to Yunnan was generally "okay" because I was basically awake (including when I needed to sleep in the dead of night). He also brought back Yunnan specialties, flower cakes and "two dark circles under my eyes that I had not had a good rest for two days in a row and had not received any reply or solution." I hope the hotel takes it seriously.

There are no slippers, only disposable slippers. You can only go in barefoot when taking a shower. The sound insulation effect is really poor. You can hear people talking outside the door. There is also an air conditioner. It turns on the cold wind and has no cooling effect. When you sleep at night, sleeping in winter becomes as hot as summer. Damn it, this air conditioner only has heating effect! It's not worthy of a four-star hotel. The three-star hotels I stayed in Zhuzhou were much better than this.

環境：高鐵下來已經很晚了，隔壁酒店新裝修完味道很大，臨時預訂的這家，本以為錦江普通酒店，但出乎意料。乾淨且很有設計感 服務：凌晨入住，小哥非常耐心禮貌的給我介紹酒店設施，很加分！後來聽説我的不快遭遇，因為淡季還幫我免費升級了，滿分💯能共情客人，並能力範圍內給予最大服務，來自同業人的肯定🙆 第二天的前台女士，我説需要帶伴手禮需要透明膠，馬上幫我找。態度也很不錯。看得出來這家酒店的服務上培訓的很好！ 衞生：進房間看了下，還是很乾凈的 設施：商務酒店的標準，但缺個浴袍。感覺洗完澡不太方便，期待改進
