高鐵南站免費拼車接站服務需提前預約，上火車之前打電話聯繫，火車還沒到站接到司機師傅的短訊息，告知出站路線，非常好。住了兩晚，早上有自助早餐，我們看挺好，馬上交錢。樓下吃飯方便，我們還趕上了每週日的大集。

衞生：一般
設施：也就相當於一個縣城幾十塊錢酒店的標準。
房間：隔音效果特別差，隔壁説話大聲點都能聽到。
環境：在一個公寓樓裏面，門臉兒很小，不太好找，27樓以上是酒店，電梯不需要刷卡，感覺很不安全。
服務：前台三個姑娘都在，看到客人來了跟沒看見似的，別説禮貌問好了，就問你是不是預訂了，證件拿出來登記，很隨意。

早餐不錯，品種不少，吃得不錯！酒店下面街道的美食也很多。房間也比較大，睡得舒服！酒店提供南站接送服務，接送車居然還是奔馳商務車，點👍🏻

沒什麼服務特色，辦理入住時較冷漠。衞生倒是可以，就是房間臨街吵到無敵，大早上就聽見趕集的呼喚聲，晚上還有車輛喇叭聲。直接吵到爆炸

房間很不好，就在電梯間隔壁，一晚上一直有機械聲音，每隔一分鐘就響，聲音很吵，到兩點多才睡着。
服務：前台沒有一點服務意識，太吵了，給前台打電話，嘴上説著上來看，也沒有任何答覆。要耳塞，就説沒有，也不提供解決方案。最後問能不能換房間，前台説可以，但是你訂的房型全都是在電梯旁邊哦，換房間可以，但是要補差價哦🙄🙄我就想問我大半夜被吵醒，就是因為我活該訂了這個房型是吧？
問題是，我在攜程什麼預訂的時候沒有任何提示會在電梯旁邊，入住了發現問題，為什麼需要我消費者承擔後果？明明是你們設計的問題，真是一點服務意識都沒有，太差勁了
