服務態度很差，房間衞生也很差，洗手枱和窗户都是灰塵也沒有處理過，房間裏面味道很大，房間裏面的紙都是濕的，明明是兩個人住的房間居然衹有一雙拖鞋

這是我住過最差的酒店，衞生差，隔音差環境也差，感覺被子什麼好久沒換，設施差，沐浴淋頭沒有水，就衹有一個插板，賊小大家不要被圖片騙了，還70塊，50塊酒店也不至於這樣

酒店位置不錯在昆明站附近一公里，附近有多條公交線路，但昆明地鐵南站離酒店1公里，北站沒建好沒通車，在昆明初定滯留12天，先在鑫元公寓酒店定了四晚，女住很同情搭理，給免費升級了房，房間不錯，晚上比較安靜，房間該有的都有，本想延住，男主就不讓了，説合不上價格，讓我定貴的，我給後面的訂單取消了。

這個跟圖片不能説是一模一樣吧，衹能説是毫無關係，環境又臟又差，態度還不好，根本就不像酒店的樣子，廁所裏面還有廚房，之前應該是那種出租屋，改成酒店的，反正就是超級差，大家不要被圖片騙了，真的慎重，來到酒店一看，我直接後悔死了，太爛了，這是我見過最爛的酒店

晚上到的，入住很快，店家給安排的房間很大，寬敞，隔音效果也好，幾乎沒有噪聲！房間是那種公寓式的像小區一樣，也適合長租！前台小姐姐人美心善，友好熱情，很滿意，點贊
