Wasn't very impressed with this hotel bit it's alright for such prize. We've chosen it because it's the walking distance from Kunming railway station (24 mins walking) but the girl at the reception (even though is very nice) was extremely slow while repeating us, I know they have loads of paper work to do once it comes to foreigners but we ended up staying by the reception deck for over 40 mins (even though the room was booked online in advance) . The sheets and pillow cases had smelt weird, the shower is just above the "squad toilet" , the kettle didn't work.

酒店的保潔很不禮貌，才敲了兩聲門就沖進來了 ，是沖進來的，都沒有時間回覆，當時我剛好在換衣服，啥也沒穿，下去前台他們一個怪一個，道個歉要坐着道我站着，反倒我更像是犯錯的那個人，那個保潔還説我無理取鬧，他自己敲了兩聲門就沖進來了，而且他是邊敲門邊輸入房間密碼的，他才敲完門就打開了，我下入前台他們還三個人一起説我，就因為我年紀小是個小姑娘，還理直氣壯的問我你想怎麼樣，當時真的很委屈，他們還説看一下會怎麼樣，給我無語死了，素質這麼低，好惡劣的前台和保潔，酒店隔音效果還不好，一大早上那些保潔就在樓道里大聲講話把人吵醒，房間裏的紙也是用過的，都沒有包裝好，下次再也不會來這個什麼鑫隆酒店了，大家也避雷，來了你會發現這個價值70塊錢的酒店很不值，本來也不想寫這個評論的，但是他們的態度很惡劣，一副你能把我怎麼樣的樣子，避雷！避雷！避雷！

酒店白天的前台服務特別差，我們前一天問夜班那個前台買了一瓶可樂3元，白班那個前台賣我們4元，是什麼意思也不知道，我們跟白天看前台那兩個人説，我們墊單上有不明毛髮，（還是卷的）叫前台換一下墊單，白班那兩個前台確説給我們一床毛毯，但是我朋友他們白天去問要毛毯，前台確説沒有，真的是一個酒店兩種服務，充電口牀頭櫃那裡還沒有電，花灑那裡也是斷的，直接破了，那個被子超級薄，白班那兩個服務員真的服務很不行，夜班那個前台跟他們比起來好多了
