The hotel is within the National Normal University, and it also bears the name of the Normal University institution. Overall it's okay, old-school four-star level. Stayed for two nights in a row. The room cleaning on the second day was not very good. There were hairs on the sink and there were no tea bags (but it doesn't matter if you live alone). The breakfast is very ordinary. It is recommended to add espresso or American style, not just G7 coffee (Vietnamese Nestle, awesome). The rice noodles are okay. The swimming pool and gym belong to the National Normal University. I have no experience with the hot springs, so I can’t comment. The biggest advantage is that you can go directly to the National Normal University from the swimming pool, which is very convenient. The scenery on campus is very good, including a small forest park. The hotel is the second best in the university town, the first is Hampton.

I came late at night and left early in the morning - I chose this hotel for the closeness to the train station. The lady at the reception was very nice, she checked me in quickly. The hotel room was small, but the space was very well organized and didn’t feel cramped. There was even an armchair with a super soft blanket.
