The front desk said they would give me an answer in the morning, but they actually asked me to leave their phone number and urge me to give them feedback. I left my phone number and there was no answer all morning. Two of my friends who were traveling with me had their hands pinched by the door, and one man even started to bleed. The hotel did not actively deal with it, and asked questions, but no one came forward to solve the problem. Very bad
