Hotel Terrace Kutaisi

Hotel with nice rooms and staff. terrace had panoramic view of the full region and the bar was full with different drinks. breakfast was nice and warm with very friendly ladies working there. rooms have big balconies with great views. I recommend this hotel to everyone in the world

The hotel is nothing much. It was a quick one night stay for us with breakfast catered in an open kitchen by two local ladies. Rooms were nice, warm, and cosy. There are few restaurants around the square, including McDonald's. The taxi rate was cheap from square to the hotel. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

Stayed here on my way home from Tblisi, can't recommend highly enough. Lovely cosy hotel, clean, tidy, modern, great views of Kutaisi and the staff were excellent. Nice comfy bed, balcony, everything was great! VERY cheap getting taxis in and out but it's a short walk (10/15mins) into the city so no really issues either way but better getting a taxi back if it's dark! (just because it's dark!) and if you are using taxis use Bolt! it's cheap and safe!

The Terrace Hotel is tucked away in a back alley ; although you can walk to the center, you will need Google Maps to find your way back. I got room 31 which had a large double and a single, coffee making kettle, small fridge, noisy aircon, no safe. Isolation is terrible ; the walls must be paper thin because you hear every sound next doors and in the corridor. The bathroom was outrageously small : you have to close the door to use the sink and squeeze in to use the toilet. I found none of the usual toiletries. There is a terrace bar, where I had a beer and a toasted sandwich, but somehow I was the only one there all evening. Breakfast is a level underground and very good : a better-than-usual choice and a wonderful fresh coffee machine. The ladies in the kitchen take pride in their job, offer good food and service with a genuine smile.

Average hotel with late breakfast making it difficult to go on day excursions. Small rooms and no desk for writing. Electrical outlets placed without table to charge devices. Located close to center for easy walk to church and fountain. Parking tight.

The most beautiful rooftop bar with really good wine and a very knowledgeable bartender who made good recommendations. Super nice room with a big balcony and a view. Extremely friendly staff. Very quiet at night. Cute breakfast buffet with windows to a beautiful garden.

Location in quiet, cute neighborhood close to center of town by foot. Good breakfast and helpful staff. Funky bar on roof

We really loved our stay here.. we ask lots of questions and they replied fast.. we requested higher floor, hotel transfer and pcr test everything they provided.. the room was clean everyday.. the breakfast was delicious and greeted by two beautiful ladies 😊 every morning.. the terrace for the bar was so beautiful because of the view.. i really recommend this hotel.. only 10 minutes walking in main city..

This hotel is excellent. It’s a short walk from the centre of Kutaisi. The staff are very pleasant and helpful. The breakfast is excellent. The beds are comfortable & everything in the room is very clean & works well. The rooftop bar is a great place from which to watch the sun set.
