I made a reservation at this hotel on Booking for almost 3 weeks in May-June 2022, I received a confirmation with the reservation number. A few hours later, a message came from the hotel administration that they were canceling the reservation due to the fact that I was from Russia. Extremely strange behavior for the owner or administration. My review will probably be more of an advertisement for people of other nationalities or races, but this hotel knows firsthand about the policy of Russophobia. for example Message from Hotel Casa calda: Ruskim ia ne prinimaiu.
