Heart of shopping street and near to everywhere. Will stay at this hotel again !

Room is quite small, breakfast very limited don't expect too much. Location very good, lot of food and shopping around.

good location, nearby shopping area, hotel breakfast not much choice, everyday same thinggs and good for people who like vegetables only .....

It is decent. The walls are thin. You can hear the next room alarm and theres a karaoke center next to the hotel. The breakfast was really basic. The location was good. Close to lots of restaurant and shops

Very Clean, staff were nice, tooth brush, razor etc were provided. We did not notice any noise. Location is excellent.

A bit far from the main train station but close to the local street. However, it is a nice location for commuting around with a bus and walking distance.

Best location hotel so far. Located between two subway station. Center of kyoto shopping street. Nice and clean facilities. I like the view from our room this was surplus. Will definitely come back to stay here again.

Pros: - Great Location that you can access to different stations, shops/shopping malls, convenience stores easily. - Polite and helpful staff that answered my questions quickly. Cons: - The room was a bit stuffy. - The edge of the bathtub was too high that you need to put effort to cross over and get in (maybe I have short legs lol).

Best located hotel in Kyoto where is very conveniently reached and access to many city buses. Clean and fully furnished with amenities.

The location of this place is great! Bus stops are close by, and train stations are only a few minutes walk. I like being in the center of the city!

Fuss free check in and out, good water heating and essentials provided. Self use washing machines are available (400-500yen each wash&dry). Only downside is it gets abit noisy especially on the weekend nights. You may hear ppl shouting and the traffic, which may not be suitable for light sleepers.
