Очень красивый отель недалеко от ж/д вокзала. До исторического центра не больше 10 минут пешком по пешеходной улице. Очень доброжелательный персонал, везде очень чисто. Мне понравилось. Завтрак не брала, не знаю. Спасибо за пребывание.

Rooms very tired looking and in need of updating. No facilities provided- no airconditioning, no mini bar or tea or coffee making facilities. Staff not very helpful. Rooms were very hot and uncomfortable as hotel would not allow airconditioning until summer. Buffet breakfast okay though cooked food was often cold.

Booked 2 nights here in Salamanca , arriving by train . 15 min walk straight up the road to this beautiful grand hotel . Easy check in by friendly staff to our room 602. I remember reading that a guest had a problem with the shower screen of 602 . No such problem encountered. . Comfortable bed, large bathroom . Great shower over bath and everything working lovely. Loved this hotel. 15 min walk to Plaza Mayor and the many sights around . Great bar next door for breakfast and coffee . Highly recommend this hotel . Unfortunately the rooftop pool wasn’t open just yet maybe too early in the season .

Beautiful hotel. The restaurant on the roof is hard to beat.

Stayed here with a tour group doing a tour of Spain and Portugal. The room we stayed in could use a little bit of freshening up. Tile floor in the bathroom was no longer shiny. A big mark in the wall caused by a glass table top scrapped or pushed against it. Very few amenities in the room. Breakfast was okay. It came with our tour but if I was booking a hotel it wouldn’t be this one.

Very beautiful hotel, nice location, very large room, great nathroom, perfecgly clean, great staff. Bed comfort just average. Breakfast OK, but not great. Take it one day out of 2

Very large beautiful room with a 4 seater sofa The rooms and corridors have lovely wood flooring. Large bathroom with nice hot water shower including a Jetstream. Unfortunately there was no kettle or slippers in the room. Breakfast buffet was very limited. No choice of juices except orange. Coffee too was weak. They actually gave a dessert fork, knife and spoons as cutlery! Easy walk to local churches, plazas. Ask for a corner or end of corridor room . We got 417. These have extra space as the corridor becomes part of the room. Rooms are not sequential, odd nbrs in one wing , even on another wing. Grand old hotel and would rate it 3.5 stars, based on amenities provided.

Incredible value for a 5 star Hotel. Very comfortable, great staff, lovely toiletries.

We enjoyed our stay here very much. Hotel is within walking distance to the main city square. We didn’t use the restaurant so cannot comment on the food or service. The room was very clean and the bed comfortable.

Very helpful staff, amazing location and stunning building. Garage was very tight to get car in so if you have a big vehicle be warned. Staff didn't speak much English, but not an issue, but might be to others

The rooms were super nice and the property itself was beautiful. Super close to everything especially the shops and Plaza Mayor wasn't too far of a walk. Highly recommend.

This felt like a luxury hotel. The location was perfect, being close to the station and only a short stroll to the main square. The room was spacious and comfortable and the bathroom well-equipped. Would definitely stay again.
