Friendly staff and value for money. Room is okay. Breakfast is simple but freshly made, tasty and cheap.
Free curry and rice 18-20 PM.
Although there is a busstop directly in front of the hotel I found its location less practical. Supermarket nearby like anywhere else in Japan. There is a small very old shrine in the alley behind the hotel.

The hotel was was very clean and hotel provide nice amenities. The location was quite close to a lot of things Especially if your using Uber.

Very small room so hard to have two people and luggage in there, but very comfortable and great location.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was impressed with how tidy and hygienic my room was. The location of this hotel is also a huge plus. It’s located near Nijojo-mae Station and Horikawa Oike bus stop right next to the hotel which makes it easy to travel around including former Imperial Villa Nijo Castle. Besides the hotel receptionist was very helpful and speak English. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a clean and convenient place to stay in Kyoto.

Very pleased with my stay. Hotel is in a great location, cheap parking right next door. Make sure you book the room with a shower inside the room so you don’t have to use the communal bathroom.

房子細小，但內裝很新淨，廁所有窗很開揚，空間勉強足夠用。地㸃靜中帶旺，行走一分鐘可到達有蓋步行街購物，裏面有餐廳和便利店。酒店下面有公車站，步行至最近鐵路站約需六分鐘。酒店隔壁有停車場，不是酒店經營，要額外收費。酒店內有大浴場，洗澡很舒服，在晚上有免費簡單咖喱飯供應，大堂也有免費咖啡和茶供應。酒店職員非常有禮和親切，房價平宜，非常值得推薦。

服務態度良好，設備都算齊全，有早餐會包埋，挺好吃的。但是乾衣機不太好用，我乾了一個小時都沒有乾到衣，最後用了兩天才乾到衣服

飯店位於東西線二條城前站1號出口，出捷運站左轉，直直走，經過消防隊，和羅森便利商店就到了。
交通非常方便，門口還有公車站，要到鴨川、八阪神社、二年阪、三年阪，花見小路、清水寺，在飯店門口過馬路，到對面搭12號公車，就可以到上述及景點。
飯店早餐很簡單，晚餐有贈送咖喱飯，飯店左轉的商店街有超市，可以幫自己加菜。
我們住的房間沒有浴缸，但是飯店有溫泉，退房還可以寄放行李。交通便利，房間很乾淨，下次還會再去。
