Stayed on two occasions for two separate nights ! Found it very comfortable! Rooms very clean ! Booking very easy on phone ! Would definitely stay there again when traveling through! Nice little stopover ! Close walk to town and river ! Thank you !

I was greeted by a wonderful man named Ken who offered old fashioned friendly customer service. He pointed me the direction of the Pizzeria and the club for a meal. The room although rather old are extremely clean, the shower was got with good pressure. The tv works and air con does too. The bed had a new mattress with fresh clean sheets. The rooms were very quiet. The room rate was a fantastic price. If you decide to stay take a trip into town turn left at the lights and head for the bay with a wonderful fishing or walking spot. This is on my stops for sure.

Great motel and good price . The manager greeted us upon arrival and offered to call a courtesy bus for the local RSL . We had a comfy bed and the room was spotless . Parking was good with an undercover carport . I would suggest anyone looking for a great motel to give this gem a go

Called first to ask if I could check in after midnight because it would break up travel. Damien told me it wouldn't be a problem and arranged for a late check in. We only arrived around 3am at night. Room was neat and tidy and perfect for us. Well done, thanks.

A lovely “old style” motel, beautifully refurbished and decorated. Sooooo comfortable that I was very sad only to stay for one night. I loved the touch of green coloured glass above my front door. Great little fridge with a real freezer, which was very handy. Staff were very friendly and helpful and the lovely garden/bbq area ensured that my room was very quiet and peaceful.

Stayed here as a half way stop-over on our way to Brisbane. A classic style motel with some fresh decor, they provided all the important things and did them very well. No fuss check-in and check-out, a quiet clean and cozy room, a comfortable bed, a great shower, and a great rate. Perfect !

The perfect motel - close to the highway but far enough away to be quiet. Comfortable, clean, spacious, light. Karuah is big enough to have a choice of places to eat but we took our own food. We were in a hurry so we didn’t explore Karuah, but park and river looked lovely. We will stay there again!

Great value for money family run Motel. The room was clean and quiet older type full brick construction building but in excellent condition and kept up to date. The mattress and pillows were very comfortable, and the Motels free internet connection was good. I liked that the parking bays in front of all the rooms were undercover and were very wide eliminating the risk of panel damage from other cars parked nearby. The grounds and gardens around the Motel were well kept with barbecue facilities available if required. When I am next in Karuah or Tea Gardens this is the place, I will stay my whole family enjoyed the experience.

We had booked 2 rooms for one night, and were going to book somewhere else after our day trip to Sydney. We liked the place so much we booked the second night there as well. The owners have done a superb job of renovating each room. They were clean, tidy and well sound proofed. The shower head was one of the highlights (you will see) and the bed was really comfortable. I cant fault this place.

Stylishly refurbished motel, perfect for a stopover. Easy communication and all went smoothly. Motel felt clean, and the sheets, towels etc were clean. Walls are a bit thin, but we didn't have loud neighbours.

We stopped in for a one night stay on a road trip - the room was lovely, clean, had modern furnishings, comfortable beds and all was quiet. Customer service when booking directly was very friendly and efficient, and our late arrival was easily catered for. Thanks for having us.

Pleasant stay in a nice clean room with a very comfortable bed. Helpful and friendly staff Hit the road in the morning refreshed and revived Walk or drive to the beautiful Karua River Will stay there again.

Didn’t think much of the property of a night time you can’t even see through Paul lighting cockroach infested only good thing. Was the beds were comfortable. Is the fleas won’t jumping on you.

Karuah Gardens is our home away from home. It breaks our trip from home to Sydney, and we have stayed there many times. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and we love the quirky decorations in each room. There is always something interesting to find in the lovely gardens, and the birdlife is also fun to spot. It is quiet and close to the shops and the rsl, which provides you with a tasty meal. We recommend a stay here.
