    3.7/ 5

New Year 3 stayed at Kyoto Suite Twin 505 for 2 nights a day. The location may be close to Gion, but there is no parking lot. The nearest parking lot was a large Kyoteku Sanjo Keihan parking lot where more than 100 cars could be parked. Garbage was scattered and dirty, and it was very expensive. I stopped at 4 pm and put it out after 9 am for 4000 yen. I want affiliated parking. The female hotel man at check-in in the evening does not feel good. The explanation is long and tedious, and even though I didn't carry my luggage, I got to the room from the check-in counter and there was a step in the room, so be careful. The explanation is long and annoying. It's hard to get out of the room, so I thought I was waiting for a tip. I wanted to call a taxi, so I called out to the same person, but I laughed when I went out with him and tried to catch a taxi running on the road. I was told that the method would be the fastest to catch a taxi, but in the end I had to wait about 10 minutes under the cold weather. Even if you don't have to wait outside in winter, you can call me by phone as much as a taxi ...? ?? I felt that. I laughed at the fact that I was hit by a low-level hotel man, but I was very disappointed. The bartender at the bar on the first floor was excellent in both skill and customer service, and the male staff at breakfast was also smart and humorous. One person's bad response negated the impression of other wonderful people.

The rooms are full of tatami mini corners, illy's espresso machine (4 capsules / night), black tea Lupicia, and green tea gyokuro (sweet and delicious). Bath amenities are also Sancmond (Japanese brand for lotion etc.). Breakfast is delicious and I am very satisfied. The bed is big and it feels very good. Depending on the position, it was too soft and my back hurt, but there was no problem if I changed the sleeping position. I was surprised that the light blocking effect of the blinds was perfect. It's sound until morning. Check-out time is also 12 o'clock, so you can relax. A great hotel with good design, comfort and cospa. I would like to take care of you again. It's a little disappointing that I forgot to replenish the equipment and that the cleaning is very sweet. On the first day, long brown hair twisted on the tatami mat (maybe the one from the previous guest). If you look closely, you can see that some of the legs of the table are also entwined. As you can imagine, it seems that you cleaned it without following the tatami mats and without lifting the table. Hair remained on the tatami mats on the second day (this is probably mine). Cleaning is like an overseas person, so I think you should instruct them to clean along the tatami mats.

The hardware is very good, new, electronic equipment, the room is not large, there is a small tea table by the window to sit. The decoration is exquisite, the front desk is very good in English, and the subway is Sanjo Station on the Keihan Tram. It is a 15-minute walk to Gion. It is recommended to walk down the Kamo River downstairs, cherry blossom grapefruit trees all the way, and the feeling in a quiet art film The direct bus to the airport is at the B1 stop in the parking lot next to the hotel. It costs 2,600 yen per ticket and takes more than an hour to Kansai Airport. By the way, Kyoto masks are not limited to purchase!

Small and fine hotel, recommended, and thank you for the previous guest evaluation reference, are very valuable. The location of the hotel is great, the facilities are complete, and the service is considerate. The only thing I feel is not so good is that the bed and pillows are too soft, and everyone is stuck. In addition, the overall area of the room is a bit cramped, but the overall flaws are not covered.
