The room was spotless with all necessities. The bedding and room smelled good. No fingerprints on mirrors.

TV didn’t work and asked about getting a new remote and were told by night front desk employee there were none and no maintenance until morning and no other rooms. Really frustrating to have no tv.

Its right next to the Mississippi River. Out room had a fabulous view of the bridge and river. And NYE someone across the way set of fireworks and it was really awesome. Also the Rotary put up lights at the park nearby and it was an awesome display!

Friendly, helpful staff. Clean room. Great view. Convient laundry facilities. Would have liked free amenities like coffee, snacks or breakfast offered.

I was impressed with the cleanliness and like-new feel of the hotel, from our room to the pool and lobby. It was very comfortable. We had a wonderful stay and would happily stay here again or recommend to others.

The food was mediocre. the ice machine was out of ice, We were put in a handicap room so the door remained open when my husband was sleeping. It cost $5.69 for a little individual bottle of orange juice. The nearby restaurants were all closed. The beds were comfortable but the plug in the sink didn't go down and the plug in the tub wouldn't stay up.

View was beautiful but bed uncomfortable, no microwave and no bath mat to step out of shower on!

I booked my room for a wedding and was planning to stay two nights but ended up leaving after one night. My significant other and I were in the hot tub and pool area when the working front desk person let two homeless people into the pool area, one of them showered in the pool bathroom and the other put a swimsuit on and swam in the pool, she was very dirty. She then came into the hot tub and talked to us about her life and asked if we wanted to buy a dog. When it was time for the hot tub/pool area to close, the front desk person told the two to leave and then came back in and told us that we needed to get out and go to our rooms.

Excellent location on the Mississippi River. We loved the outdoor patio. The room was clean and spacious. If you are looking to explore the downtown area or the Riverside Park this is the spot for you. It's all walkable. We would stay again.

Wi-Fi didn’t work Could have gotten a better deal without *******!!!

I have stayed here several times with my family and alone. Best hotel in the La Crosse area in my opinion and moderately priced.

Very clean and staff is very friendly and helpful.

Beautiful place right on the river- great choice of food & loved the walking path!

It was good But we stay for our anniversary but last year we got bottle wine this year we only got a card only
