Al momento de llegar con previa reservación no nos quisieron entregar las habitaciones y el gerente además de grosero e incompetente insistía mucho en querer mandar a un menor de edad al auto hotel no sabemos con que intención y porque tanta insistencia, pedimos reembolso y es el día que aun no lo vemos reflejado

Sin agua caliente, las camas con unos protectores que hacen mucho ruido, alguien estuvo martillando o no se que hicieron pero mucho ruido toda la noche

De ligging is op een drukke weg, maar daar heb je geen hinder van. Het is dichtbij San Juan del Rio en ook niet te ver (met de auto weliswaar) van Tequisquiapan. De bedden zijn comfortabel en ook de badkamer. Het hotel is erg net en de kamer is ruim. Er is ook voldoende parkeergelegenheid.

HORRIBLE! De lo peor que he vivido, un trato espantoso por parte de las recepcionistas del turno 3:00 pm, nada amables, el hotel huele a viejo, y te cobran $100 por cada visita que ingrese al hotel. Espantoso. Mi gran sugerencia: busquen otra opción-no vayan!
