Great location - right next to the gondola up to the ski area. Also a bus stop into La Vella just outside. Plenty of restaurants and supermarkets within a very short walk. Staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. Beds were comfortable and rooms well laid out.

Amazing location for the slopes - there is direct access to the gondola from the hotel and lockers to store your ski gear. Very helpful and friendly staff. Good bar/restaurant attached. Nice, clean kitchen in the basement and a chill out area on the top floor. We were a family of 4 and stayed in a quad room with a private bathroom. We liked the room - it had good soundproofing so no disturbance at night, comfy beds and lovely hot showers. Would definitely recommend and definitely stay again.

Although I paid the full amount and checked-in for 3 day stay, finding the room too tiny with almost no space to move around the oddly placed lockers, i checked-out within an hour. No questions or reasons were asked for that quick a check-out. And I think it was okay, their account had the required cash 😀

Our stay as a family of 5 in 1 room was very convenient. The staff are amazing and very helpful and friendly. We had no issues at all. The location was great as there was a bar/ restaurant joined to building and they were also very friendly our hire shop was on door step and so was the gondola. There was plenty of shops close by for anything needed. If we was to return to la massana we would stay here again

cleaning service and excellent attention. Great location Too many people staying looking for work, quite disrespectful and dirty. But the staff was always working and cleaning. I recommend it. I will be back.

Clean, renewed, practical, good wifi, confortable. Staff kind and servicial. I do recommend it 100% Realy convenient if you wish to ski at Pal -Arinsal, as the ski lift to the solopes is attached to the hotel. We sent to Ordino, which is close car driving.

Without a doubt for anyone who arrives recently in Andorra or already there and wants to return a super comfortable place this hostel is the best option. Beds, relaxing places, bathrooms, shower ect. everything is a pleasure.

Very practical and versatile hostel, with very good prices, with rooms to sleep alone or shared, which is cheaper :) Others, Located right where the gondola lift that leads to the slopes of Pal. The hostel does not offer lunch or dinner, although it does offer breakfast with prior notice the day before. In any case, something that is greatly appreciated is that it has a basic kitchen (with a fridge, water heater, toaster and sink but without a stove/vitro) so you can prepare the food you buy at the supermarket yourself. In addition, the treatment by the hotel staff has been magnificent, especially Gonzalo, who has been very kind, friendly and helps you with any incident you may have. I totally recommend it!
