Fabulous hotel. Restaurant is excellent but a bit over priced . Fabulous beach but unfortunately you cant swim because of sharks . Dissatisfied when i arrived back with a half bottle of wine and wasn’t allowed drink it on the terrace so had to buy an over priced bottle from the bar

Surely once nice hotel that would need to be redone. The location with direct beach access is very nice and the breakfast was great and the breakfast staff was very nice and welcoming. We had however expected more for the price we paid. When we arrived the drains in the bathroom were clogged. We also ate dinner at the restaurant once and unfortunately they have no experience with allergenes.

Room with access to the pool is a must. Hotel is fairly dated, certainly needs renovations especially in the rooms. More like a 3 star in terms of service & amenities. Staff speak pretty much no English (thankfully I speak little french) and no translation for help/instructions, as well as breakfast is quite limited. In all beautiful hotel but expected much more in other areas.

Only when you have spent a few hours it becomes clear how brilliant the architecture and concept is. A 2-part U-shaped pool of almost 100 m long, sky bridges connecting the buildings, and many swim-up rooms; part of the pool is visible through 'aquarium windows' in the reception area. We had a suite tucked in a corner and hence a bit more silent. Dinner was excellent though they pushed very pricey drinks, breakfast also good but less friendly staff. Reception staff made our day by calling around to arrange a timely PCR test where our driver had failed to find one, and next day printed the results for free. Also laundry service quicker than expected. Tea & coffee making in the room, and a good jacuzzi bath tub and separate toilet. For us by far the best hotel we had in one week in the island. A Vegas-style 'grandeur' not often found in places like this...

Je suis arrivée assez tard à l’hôtel que j’ai réservé pour une seule nuit car je travaille. J’ai choisi de venir dans cet hôtel pour les baignoires à remou, ça ne marchait pas et aucun geste commercial compensation ou autre n’a été effectué. Malgré mon instance et que j’ai payé le prix de cette chambre pour un service auquel je n’ai pas eu accès. Très très déçue .

Nous avons souhaiter le jour j du aller pour 2 jours. Nous reprochons que l’hôtel le saint Alexis que nous adorons pour son cadre n’a pas de prise de courant pour les véhicules électriques. Alors qu’il est facile d’installer une simple prise 220 v dans le sous sol ou sur le parking pour permettre à ceux qui ont une voiture électrique de la charger. Nous étions obliger d’aller dans des zones de recharge et attendre 1h pour recharger 60 km. C’est beaucoup de temps perdu alors que le but était d’aller en week end pour se reposer.
Pour finir nous étions en chambre famille avec 1 lit principal qui avait 2 matelas style hamac. Il faudrait renouveler la literie et pour couronner le tout des remonter d’odeur via la canalisation.

Chambre super jolie pour moi plus belle hôtel de la réunion sauf personnel pas compétant du tout du laissé à lé
Petit déjeuners horribles je me serais cru en grande surface bacon la barquette cuite directement sans détaché les bacon ensuite cafés non disponible pour les clients servi car cause covid ont ma répondu alors que tous le reste ont ce servait (jus d'orange eau et les break fast) donc mauvaises reponse du personnel voilà sinon ma chambre au top rien a dire juste à changer petit déjeuné et certains personnels
