The apar**ent was very hot and there was no AC. It was a ling walk from the historic center and the restaurants. The price was reasonable, but I’d choose something else if you are looking for comfort and ease of access to the downtown.

Vanity in bathroom leaked all over the floor after opening bottom drawer. Front door difficult to open. Room over scented.Full of mosquitoes. Need I say more.

Very disappointed. Got text from owner that they were "overbooked".. the text was in Italian and I had to translate it on the Internet.. the phone number in the text/booking did not pick-up my phone call.. text advised that I go to another accommodation 40 minutes away from La Spezia. Since I want to La Spezia in order to visit Cinque Terre, this was far from practical.
********** support helped arrange better alternative in the end.
Think twice before booking this property.

We stayed only one night in the hotel. In general it went well, the impact with the camera was not exceptional. The most negative aspect was the paper-covered neon instead of the chandeliers. For the rest, all is well. Excellent location and cleanliness.

We stayed in this "structure" / cellar / with a Smartbox. What can I say? Ugly dirty and disturbing. Full of pseudo-artistic trinkets (for sale) neon lamps in wrapped in wrapping paper. We understand that the facade is under restoration, but the only window, there is, was found sealed with cellophane in the morning. On the refrigerator as a welcome two plates for the zampirone, the corners had not been cleaned for years, mattresses smashed, a nigh**are. The photos they post on the site are not true. Mea culpa that I did not give credit to all the negative reviews that were already present. I confirm and share them all.

The hotel is quite well located, however no parking space easily accessible.
Moderately comfortable bedding and no air conditioning or ventilation, nights in the middle of summer are quite harsh

Appena siamo entrati in casa, abbiamo scoperto che, l’appartamento è accessibile a sconosciuti, e che la nostra camera non poteva essere chiusa a chiave. Luogo sporco, pieno di insetti e le finestre non avevano nemmeno i vetri! Abbiamo subito prenotato in un altro posto! Allucinante trovare camere del genere!
