Better hostal than thé poor city hostal Genève. Service customer understable and efficient. Well located. Good ambiance in general on the area. I recommand for everyone stops in Genève.. Ill come back in a while for lot of concerts that i organise. Thanks

The stay was a "comfortable one" in a 6-bed dorm room (with sufficient space, a table in the middle of the room, an ensuite shower room & an ensuite toilet); and also pretty good was the breakfast with a variety of items (at an extra cost). Then, there's a "nice plus" for this place of being in a quiet location (with a tree-lined street in front & also like a small park nearby) but actually also still in a walking distance of about half an hour from the main Cornavin Station if arriving by train (and also the "bus area" for inter-city ones like FlixBus & such at just about a further 5-minute walk from Cornavin). And yes, my thanks are to the staff at the front desk especially for the help in getting my Geneva Pass which came in handy getting around the city on buses during the next two days in the city.

This was a good hostel. Plenty of space to store our bags and access to the kitchen/laundry before check-in. The staff were all very professional and friendly. Kitchen facilities were clean and sufficient. The bathroom was clean and the rooms as well.

We recently moved to Geneva and were looking for a place to stay that would accommodate us. 2 adults and three kids. We came across this hotel that met our criteria. We did not know what to expect. When we arrived, it was all self-service, you had to bring your luggage to your room, and they also had storage for the bigger stuff you may have. It was a bit inconvenient but it was still.manageable. Got into our room and was glad that it was very clean and was what exactly we needed. They offerred breakfast and the spread was not a lot but it was very good spread. Our family enjoyed our breakfast for 5 days. They also have a common kitchen that you can cook and that was very convenient too. They had a game room that our kids enjoyed. There is also a mall and supermarket close by which was convenient. The area has a lot of place to explore. Lastly, the staff were very helpful which we appreciated. Overall the price and place was very good. I higly recommend it!

Very modern and clean, with a unique space décor and great transportation links to the city centre. Our quad room was very spacious, with a private walk-in shower, individual lockers, complimentary snacks and drinks on the desk when we first arrived, and comfortable beds. The buffet breakfast has a lot of nice options, and the communal areas offer a good amount of places to work as well as a games room and kitchen.

Despite my high expectations from the wonderful reviews I ended up in a very disappointing situation 2 nights in a row. Would not recommend this place to anyone. 1st night I was placed in a very smelly and stuffy 4 people dorm, urine on the floor and terribly loud tenants. The next morning I had asked to move me to a different room and the people at the reception had said there'd been a lot of complaints on the specific room, but for some reason they chose to place me there anyway. On the 2nd night I was moved to a 2 people bed, thinking they might be rewarding me in a way but when I came back that night I had to sleep in the same bed with a stranger. This was completely unacceptable in my opinion. Terrible Hostel.

Had an excellent long stay at this hotel. I stayed at a private room. The hotel has the open, friendly, and communal vibe of a hostel, but the quality of private rooms in a good hotel. The price-quality ratio in Geneva is unmet, as it offers one of the lowest rates in the (expensive) city for a relatively high-quality of rooms. The rooms are clean, well-kept, and spacious. Staff is friendly, helpful and always happy to think along to make your stay pleasant. I am especially thankful to the General Manager Gregoire, who really was able to think along and make my stay as pleasant as possible. I generally recommend staying at this hotel!

I am often travelling in Geneva for work, I tried this hotel which is brand new and I loved my stay! They have a common kitchen where you can cook as your home. In the evening the bar is lively, they offer a happy hour for beer lovers. Staff are very cool, fun and helpful. The beds are quite comfortable, and they even have a space for people like me who work remotely. It's definitely the place to be ! I would stay in this hotel from now on during my business trips.

I was unable to travel due to covid restrictions. As I had booked a prepaid room, I contacted the company as I was not entitled to a refund requesting a voucher. The communication was appalling and they were anything but sympathetic, but very arrogant stating that "For almost two years, everyday life and travel has been under the influence of COVID-19 and its effects. In Europe, there have been repeated local restrictions in recent months in line with the spread of the virus. When planning a hotel stay, it was and still is to be assumed that restrictions of this kind may come into effect at any time, especially at this time of year.." I should have known better before booking a prepaid rate, although in the booking site states that you should be able to get a voucher, my request was blatantly ignored, and did not even get a response. I appreciate we are all feeling the crunch with covid, but with their rudeness, ignorance, arrogance, and greediness they have lost a customer. Avoid if you can, for a company that claims to deal with worldwide customers, they have got a lot to learn about customer service.
