Cobmin Ridge Motel

Management/staff was friendly, accommodating, and quick to respond. The room was cozy, clean, and seemed recently renovated/updated. Contactless check in was super convenient.

Stayed for 4 nights during the German Christmas Market show. Not much to look at from the outside but Very nice and clean rooms. Small but perfect for one or two people. The manager was easy to get in touch with if I needed anything and very accommodating. Only critique - it could use a small coffee maker. Will stay again

The motel was easy to book, but I found it to be strange with the whole contactless check in. And when we arrived to the property, it kind of looked abandoned and not kept up. BUT when we entered the code that Joseph had given us and we got in the room, it was so nice! We got the room with the king bed, and the place was clean enough!! We were very pleased with our stay! The contactless check in was easy and convenient, and I was only hesitant because I had never experienced that before! We would definitely stay there again! And Joseph was so quick with responding to our texts and delivering new towels and stuff! Thank you for the cheap and nice stay! They have a medium size fridge/freezer, and a POWERFUL microwave! Tables, chairs and cozy blankets! The bed was comfortable! But there was no coffee machine! And there was a coffee place across the street with breakfast and lunch foods! And a Mexican restaurant next door, and a park a couple miles down the road! We found the location perfect for where we were going and what we were doing!

Dangerous and a violation. The smoke detector had been removed. Noticed it right before going to sleep. Walls are paper thin. Big party next door. Not my cup of tea.

Upgraded small older motel. But clean cute and friendly. So it was perfect!

From the first time I saw this motel I knew I had to stay here! We were visiting Blairstown and going on the Camp Crystal Lake Tour. We also traveled a bit to visit the Silverball Retro Arcade at Asbury Park Beach and the American Dream Mall. The room was just as cute as I hoped it would be! Joseph was very helpful over the phone with an issue I had with my credit card. My only suggestions are to put on mattress protectors that fit completely over the mattress. We stay at a lot of hotels and it just makes me feel better, but it’s just my preference. And to include a bathroom rug, the floor got very slippery. We would definitely stay again if we ever had the need to come back to the area!

Good quality for the price for a one night stay. Only issue was the heater that kept turning off after a few minutes at night. Would have called to see if it could be fixed if we were staying another night.

As someone with allergies, this place was on the dustier side in important areas. Headboard, behind the bed, side table and on lamps. I’m also particular about hair in showers. There was no toilet tissue in the room. Other than that, the staff was accommodating, the place is convenient. Simple fixes and it would be perfect. I wound up extending my stay because the issues weren’t major. *update to respond since you opted not to answer the email I’ll elaborate since you inquired: we stayed because it was inconvenient to leave after we checked in. Once checked in, we didn’t want the dust to get in our sheets and in the air since we are both sensitive to dust especially that amount coming from the dirty air conditioner filter (needs to be washed occasionally and clearly hadn’t been). I checked under the sink, there was NO TOILET TISSUE, last resort was asking my husband to get it from the staff. I showered in flip flops to avoid the hair. I didn’t even mention the bath towels smelled like a mixture of mold and smoke. You didn’t look the room over prior but you are defending the state it was in. I said it wasn’t that bad so we stayed and instead of looking into the issues, you are saying we should look elsewhere, which screams you’re making enough money to insult guests instead of fixing the minor issues. Which is why you only respond to what you think are negative reviews like this is a Facebook group argument instead of treating me like a paying guest.

Very clean and beautiful looking rooms. Staff is very professional. Definitely staying again sometime in the future.
