No hot water, at all. I would have been ok if they had been honest, and told us there was a maintenance issue, and they were working on it. They just kept telling us to try again in 10 min, that it would be on, or move us to another room. That didn't make sense? If you don't have hot water in one room, how do you get it in another room? Horrible customer service by Management!!!

PLUSES: We enjoyed the view of grassland and woods out our room window. Housekeeping did a nice job and the breakfast area was well maintained and fresh.
MINUSES: No hot water. I went to the front desk to get it fixed or get moved to a different room. They said they could move us, but the maintenance guy standing there said to just let the water run for TEN MINUTES!! That seemed ridiculous, but we did it and we did eventually get hot water. What a waste though! How far away are the water heaters from the rooms?!?!
A 2" wide ***** of bathroom floor tile was missing in front of the shower and the seams at the shower front looked rusty and corroded.
The window heater/ac only put out cold air, no matter what temperature we set it at. The weather was warm our first day but it got much colder over the Christmas weekend!

The staff was friendly. Check in was quick. Daily room cleaning was terrific. Breakfast was delicious and varied enough wash day not to be boring.

Mostly average but there's trash outside that has blown from a WhataBurger in front of it. We had to deal with a very unresonable front desk person, but the manager was nice.

When I first arrived, there was plenty of great parking, but when I went somewhere and came back it was full. Please add some more well lit areas to park

The location to get there is kind of difficult to map. The front desk staff was very friendly and the room came with plenty of towels and was super clean too. Would like at least one more light because it was very dark and the bathrooms could be updated m
