The hotel is a Marriott brand so they have strong attention to customers. Unfortunately I had some issues with the cleanness of the towel and water pressure in the shower and I reported it immediately. I received the full support from management. In particular, Taj from reception went above and beyond to help and make my stay enjoyable, Thank you so much Taj: those subtleties turn what could have remained a bad experience into an enjoyable memory. A big thank you to all the staff! A special thanks goes also to Laura, a young smiling girl in the breakfast service. The hotel has very nice breakfast and the hotel is monument time. The hotel is located right beside the shopping street which is very convenient with a lot of food choices before the shop is closed. We were overall very satisfied with the hotel. All was clean, modern and beautifully designed. Specially practical we found the deep garage, which is extra cost, but offers a very comfortable parking possibility. Unfortunately, we had a little trouble with our family room because it was very cold. We reported this, but nothing could be changed in such a short term. Although a small heat body was provided to us, the room remained cold. Positively highlighted is the reception: very friendly, helpful and trying to support us as best as possible. Probably it was just a unhappy coincidence. Despite all the things we can recommend the hotel more warmly.

Only four stops from Linz Hbf Light Rail Near Linz AG Hotel is spacious, bright and clean. The small disadvantage is that there are no shops around. If you want to rest at the Austrian relay station, it is a good choice to go to Harstadt.

At the beginning, I didn’t care to check in by myself. I kept on the entrance to the door. I tried to call and no one listened. Finally, I called 3 or 4 times to inform the password to open the key.
