Standard Twin Room, Balcony - No Housekeeping
Anonymous UserTom’s Court Hotel is located on King William Street which is the main North South thoroughfare in Adelaide CBD. It is also very close to China Town which is a few minutes walk to the north west centred around Gouger Street. The hotel has modern rooms with decent bathroom and toiletries. Limited secure parking is available at a cost of $25 but is located three streets down in Sydney Place. Alternatively one can park overnight on the street.

My stay at Peppers was fantastic. The hotel is clean, beautiful, and very comfortable, with a great location. Housekeeping was outstanding and kept everything spotless. My expectations were definitely met with the room. Only two small negatives: the restaurant downstairs is extremely overpriced, and when I called 40 minutes before check-in to see if I could get my parking pass early, I was told no — I’d need to buy a normal ticket and then the pass at check-in, which felt inconvenient. Overall, I was really happy and would definitely stay here

NLK90Another great stay!!!! Comfy bed, great sleep. Convenient location for what I was doing. Probably the only downer is that the shower don’t fan/ exhaust so might have a mold problem soon.

Second time staying here and I enjoyed it. Staff were courteous and helpful. Still the only hotel that provides a good minibar and snacks. Recommendation for anyone visiting Adelaide.

Beautiful hotel. Fabulous setting overlooking the sea. Room was quiet despite it being near the airport. Breakfast was worth the money.

The apartment is very conveniently located in the centre of the city, easy walking distance to attractions, transport, entertainment and shopping. Only the kitchen/lounge area has external windows so the bedrooms & bathroom are rather dark. Kitchen is well equipped. The single elevator is a bit slow so we preferred the stairs.
