The hotel and restaurant unfortunately failed to recover the good service before the pandemic. a absurd place to rock the whole hotel and the pool (the only area of leisure) in a full week between Christmas and New Year. a horrible noise and a smell of 10 days of rocking without stop, the whole day. and not forthwith complain because the guest comes at the last place. The pool needs to be clean every day. the pool ralo without protection, dangerous for children (he sucks our feet! The hotel looks like living in a unique stay because it doesn't afford the return of guests.

The reception was very professional and helpful. He speaks many languages, very professional. The room service also very fast and the food was so amazing. The location is very strategic near to Conjunto Plaza Shopping and so many eateries around the hotel. Unfortunately the swimming pool was on maintenance.

Good morning! I was given a standard accessible room without requesting it. They could have at least informed me at check-in that the bathroom sink was clogged, but nothing was done. I requested two blankets, and they only provided them on the second request. Given the hotel's standards, these are simple details that need attention.

Meu quarto era espaçoso e confortável, com uma vista legal da cidade.O café da manhã oferecido pelo hotel é uma verdadeira delícia, com uma grande variedade de opções frescas e saborosas. A localização é excelente, perto de pontos turísticos importantes e com fácil acesso a transporte público.Além disso, o Windsor Brasília se destaca pelo compromisso com a limpeza e medidas de segurança, o que me fez sentir muito confortável durante toda a minha estadia.Recomendo este hotel a todos que visitarem Brasília.

There is no kettle, I asked the front desk to ask for it, and the answer was: I gave it to you and the others were gone. The room facilities are old, the gym only has three treadmills and few other equipment.

Check-in was quick, hotel well located, varied breakfast with tapioca and omelet, I really liked it

Hotel was clean and nice. Buffet breakfast also was really good. And the staff allowed me to early check in at 9 AM, and I was really tired from the long overnight flight. Definitely will recommend this hotel to everyone.

Good value for money and convenient location. Decor is a little tired but the room was serviceable. Disappointingly breakfast didn't start on time and I was asked to leave the dining area - I had to leave for the airport so missed out on breakfast.

A estrutura do hotel é boa, higienizado e organizado. No entanto, como estava em viagem sozinha, reservei uma acomodação para 1 pessoa. Chegando lá, me assustei com o tamanho do quarto, que eles intitulam ”cabine”. Muito pequeno, sem janela. Cabe malmente a cama de solteiro e o banheiro pequeno (com chuveiro elétrico pendurado por uma corda). Acabei tendo uma crise de pânico, e ao pedir ajuda, eles informaram que não poderiam fazer o upgrade do quarto. Depois de insistir e deixando claro que eu estava disposta a pagar pelo upgrade, eles conseguiram um quarto maior, com janela, por um valor de 200 reais a mais a diária. Portanto, não recomendo a reserva do quarto tipo cabine, pois não oferece o benefício e conforto equivalente ao preço cobrado. Para quem tem crises de pânico e de lugares apertados: Fuja!
