Hotels near Garbanzo Express, Whistler

We wrapped up spring break with a super chill three-day, two-night stay at the Four Seasons Resort Whistler, and it was exactly what our family of four needed. The rooms were awesome—super comfy, stylish, and spotlessly clean. The view of the mountains? Absolutely stunning. It made lounging around way more enjoyable. The outdoor heated pool and hot tubs were a hit with all of us, and the kids especially loved the marshmallow roasting session held daily from 4–6 pm. It was such a fun and cozy family activity! The ping-pong facilities were also a big favorite, though they seemed to be in high demand. Breakfast was a highlight, too—the buffet had an amazing variety of options, and we were pleasantly surprised to find BC caviar as part of the offerings that day. A unique and delicious treat! The only downside was the playroom—it’s a bit small, especially during busy times like spring break or summer. It felt a little limited for all the kids hoping to use it. That said, the staff nailed it. They were super friendly and helpful, adding little touches to make our stay extra special. Four Seasons Whistler definitely delivered. We left feeling recharged and already talking about when we can come back!

Lovely stay, I recommend the Fairmont gold room, the lounge and service were great! The hotel is big and has a lot of restaurant options. But keep also this in mind as the spa, and public areas are also quite busy with people and families. The confort of having the ski rental and ski valet in the hotel were amazing!

The most dog friendly hotel in Whistler. What truly impressed me was how thoughtful and warm the staff were — the front desk team actually remembered my dog’s name, which made us feel incredibly welcome. The hotel does not charge any extra pet fee, and they provide everything dogs might need, including dog towels, water bowls, and even a toy that you can take home. These little details really show how much they care. Highly recommended — we will definitely be back!

The hotel is located near a commercial street, so it's very convenient for eating, drinking, and having fun. The surrounding environment is great, and the hotel service is very warm. It's worth coming back; this is a tourist city.

Excellent location near the Gondolas in Whistler Village. Food/Market everything within 5 minutes walking. The room was very clean with bath totally renovated & new. If you have friends these vacation ski clubs are big and equipped to enjoy together.

Stayed 3 nights in the studio that has nice mountains view. It was cozy and comfort with well equipped kitchen. Mattress may need to updated, otherwise tasty coffee at the lobby, easy in/out ski storage and storage room. Public/ Hotel Parking underground also very convenient with payphone machines by hours. It was so convenient free shuttle bus stop located just behind the Hotel every 5 minutes to the Village Bus Loop. The staff was very informative and kind. The room was spacious and included a sofa bed. The fireplace kept the room warm and cozy. The parking lot was large and convenient, and the service was excellent.

I understand this is a budget hotel, but I wish it had been clearer that there would be no housekeeping at all during the stay—not even bed-making or basic cleaning. It felt more like an Airbnb than a hotel, although it’s marketed as a hotel. Unfortunately, I also had a strong allergic reaction to the bed, which made it really hard to sleep. The air conditioner was extremely loud, and even when turned off, there was still a constant noise coming from somewhere—possibly the ventilation system, but I couldn't tell for sure. There was also quite a bit of traffic noise from the nearby road (could be a highway). That said, the room was spacious and had a small table to work at, which was convenient. The kitchenette was clean and functional, and the bathroom was in good condition. The closet space was also good (note that I traveled by myself).

Staff: friendly Location: amazing Cleanness: good The amenities were poor, like the ice tray was broken, other rooms that my friends stayed had free tea and milk but we didnt. No sponge. The shampoo was bad, used our own that we brought. Overall really good place to stay.

The management here was fantastic, very friendly and accommodating. The hotel is within walking distance of the lifts, and of stores, restaurants, pharmacies, etc. The room we had was fairly quiet even though we were on the middle of a party town on a holiday weekend. The only complaint we have is about the front desk staff. We requested hand towels be brought to our room, but the person at the desk at the time seemed to only pretend to care. Unsurprisingly, we never were brought towels and when we came back late, we just made due with what we had. I'm certain the managers would have done it themselves if they'd been at the desk at the time.
