I was on a business trip and this hotel was right across from my client's office. It's an older, established hotel, and you can definitely tell it has some history.
However, the facilities are still very comprehensive. First off, the room was really spacious, and it had everything you could need. Even though I went to breakfast late, there was still plenty to eat, and a good variety too. The best part was the freshly ground coffee. Also, the lobby offered free drinks and bottled water.
What's more, they even had a free buffet lunch! It's honestly the first time I've ever seen that, haha.

There was a slight hiccup during my stay, which initially caused a bit of concern. However, the staff handled it incredibly promptly and with a wonderful attitude, resolving it right away. It actually made me feel even more at ease. The room itself was spotlessly clean, the bedding was comfortable, and it was quiet at night, making for a very relaxing stay. You can tell the owner genuinely cares about service; they don't shirk responsibility when issues arise and actively work to solve them, which is a huge plus. Overall, the experience was excellent, and I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in town. Highly recommend it!

This stay was fantastic! The hotel's location is super convenient for getting around. The room was clean, spacious, and the bedding was soft and comfortable. The soundproofing was excellent, so I slept really soundly at night. The front desk service was warm and attentive, and check-in was quick and efficient. The overall atmosphere is quiet and elegant. This isn't my first time staying at the Huilihua. Every time I come to Changping, I choose this hotel. The ladies at the front desk are very warm and friendly, and check-in is super quick. The breakfast is also delicious and very convenient – you just head down to the second floor. There's free underground parking with plenty of spaces, so no need to worry about finding one. The lobby looks clean and tidy, and the rooms are also clean, neat, and odor-free. The soundproofing is pretty decent too. I highly recommend staying here!

This should be the best hotel in Changping, Dongguan. The location of the hotel is very easy to find. After arriving at the lobby, the staff had a very good service attitude and high quality. I chose a room with a bathtub. I like this atmosphere very much. The room is very clean. The washing machine is also free to use. There are many food places near the hotel. The price-performance ratio is also relatively high. The mattress is also very comfortable at night. I highly recommend this hotel

The location is great, very close to the high-speed rail station and the train station, and there's a large shopping mall next to it. I booked it on short notice and it was surprisingly good value for money. The room was large, clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly. I needed a red envelope and they actually sent it to me. Thank you very much 🙏

GGuest UserThis is my second time staying at Kande Hotel. I typically stay for about 14 days each trip, so I have had plenty of time to really settle in and appreciate the experience.
The location is incredibly convenient, right in the heart of Dongguan and close to everything you might need. What surprised me, though, is how quiet the rooms are despite being in the city center. There is no traffic noise or street disturbance, which makes a real difference when you are traveling for work and need to rest.
The staff are excellent. They are friendly and professional, but what stands out is that they actually remember my preferences from my previous stay. Those small touches go a long way when you are there for an extended period. I also appreciate the pillow menu. I personally cannot sleep without a memory foam pillow, so having that option is a real plus.
They also have a robot delivery service for food and parcels. It sounds like a small thing, but it is surprisingly convenient and adds a nice modern touch.
The view from the room is beautiful, and breakfast is another highlight. There is always a good variety, but my go to is the 烧鹅濑粉. It is honestly the best I have ever had.
Looking forward to my next stay.

GGuest UserCheck in and check out went smoothly as long as you can converse in Chinese, I used Google Translate and it worked well. We were in a king room and it was quite spacious, there was sufficient room to keep our toiletries by the sink and our luggage. We had a sofa, table and small chair in our room. There is a smart toilet with a heated seat. The shower pressure is really good. There is one English speaking channel. I liked that there was no carpet in the room but laminated floors. A real bonus was free laundry and they had 5 washers and dryers on the 12th floor. The hotel is within walking distance to MixC mall which is very modern and there were many eateries in the mall. Another bonus is the Songshanbei intercity railway station which is about 200m from the hotel. You can buy a ticket very cheaply and ride to Guangzhou South railway station but it is really slow, it took about 1 hour. If you are unlucky you could be standing but if you leave around 10ish you should be able to get a seat. They offer breakfast for a fee which we did not partake in. Within walking distance there is a Starbucks and McDonald’s inside the mall. I would recommend this hotel to others because of the many eateries, intercity railway station, laundry facilities and cleanliness.i

Hygiene: The room was spotlessly clean. The mattress was unique – it felt firm at first, then softened up after a while.
Environment: There's not much to say about the surroundings, but it's very close to Songshan Lake Scenic Area.
Service: The service was good. The front desk was very responsive and always available when called.
Ramada Double Night Snack: The night snack selection was extensive, including congee, steamed dumplings, buns, fruits, corn, and sweet potatoes.

GGuest UserThe InterContinental Hotel boasts an excellent location, being very close to the subway station, as well as Qifeng Mountain and Huying Park. There are plenty of fantastic restaurants and shops nearby, which is incredibly convenient. The hotel's king-sized bed is incredibly spacious, measuring 2.4 meters. The 6th-floor terrace offers stunning views. The buffet dinner provided by the hotel features a wide variety of seafood, and the desserts are expertly made. The hotel was decorated with a wonderful New Year's atmosphere, and receiving a God of Wealth red envelope brought good luck for the year! MIA at the front desk was proactively friendly, highly skilled, and easy to communicate with. She answered all my questions promptly and efficiently. We had a joyful New Year holiday.

GGuest UserThe hotel's service no longer meets five-star standards. When checking in, a female supervisor-like person walked past me and, right in front of me, told the front desk staff not to process any more check-ins after mine. I mean, am I not a guest? During the check-in process, there was complimentary lemon water nearby, but no disposable cups. My mom asked if there were any cups, and the supervisor curtly replied that they were all used up. I gave her a look, and then very quickly, a server brought a whole stack of paper cups. I really don't know where they hired this 'service supervisor.' Please train your staff properly. This hotel is even worse than other Atour hotels. We didn't interact much after check-in, but those ten minutes of checking in left a very bad impression.

CCathrin.GThe hotel provides a wide range of amenities that made my stay comfortable and enjoyable. I especially appreciated the daily housekeeping service, which kept the room clean and fresh throughout my visit. The room itself was quite spacious, even though I booked one of the more budget-friendly options, which was a pleasant surprise.
One area that could be improved is the lighting control in the room. There is no central switch to dim or turn off the lights, so I had to walk around the room to switch off different lights before going to sleep. Additionally, the bathroom layout separates the toilet from the shower area, requiring a few steps to move between them.
The hotel provides clothes washing services but it’s chargeable and the price is on high side. One piece of normal ladies pant cost RMB50, male pant cost RMB45. If you give the clothes the housekeeping staff before 11am, they will send the clothes back to your room within the same day.
Pullman Hotel also offers several in-house dining options, including Chinese and Japanese-style restaurants within the premises, which made dining very convenient. If you order food delivery , they have the robot machine to send your food to the room, just make sure you indicated the room number clearly. The lift required a room card to access hence the dispatcher will not be able to send the food to your room.
Hotel staff is helpful, I requested them to collect the parcel on my behalf from the locker located at basement and they acting it very fast. Keeping them for me even though the check in date was a week later.
Overall, it was still a very pleasant and comfortable stay at Pullma.

The only minor drawback is that the front desk is about 100-200 meters from the main entrance of the estate, and golf carts aren't allowed. This means if you order takeout and the delivery person isn't willing to walk, guests have to go out and meet them, which can be inconvenient when you're on a tight schedule for a business trip.
