The hotel is very clean and has a convenient location, making it easy to get around. We would especially like to commend Cathy Lin for her excellent service. We encountered an unfortunate situation with another hotel guest, and she handled the matter with great professionalism and care. She resolved the issue promptly and even upgraded our room, which we truly appreciated. Cathy is also very attentive and proactive—always quick to respond and ready to step forward to assist whenever needed. Her service made a big difference to our stay. Highly recommended.

The inn is a bit old; the door lock is a traditional knob lock with a chain, and the bathroom is also dated with water stains everywhere. However, the price is cheap, so it's worth considering. The staff were very polite and quite good.

I have to say, using Trip.com is incredibly cost-effective! My child had an exam in Hsinchu, so I booked a room through Trip.com in advance. The Trip Coins I'd accumulated helped discount part of the room rate. The hotel was very thoughtful, giving us a quiet room on a high floor. They also arranged a shuttle service to take guests to the exam venue. This alone deserves huge praise; it was so considerate! Since we had to leave by 7:00 AM, they even provided a simple breakfast to go. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly. I highly recommend this place. I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit to Hsinchu.

The hotel location is convenient, near the train station, malls, parks and zoo. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. The swimming pool is great. Would love to go back again.

This hotel in Hsinchu is a bit older, but its location is excellent. It's just a 10-minute walk to the train station or the Chenghuang Temple commercial area. The windowless rooms on lower floors are a great value for money option for business travelers or backpackers. The rooms generally offer a good level of cleanliness and practicality. The service is also quite good, making it a suitable choice for out-of-towners or foreigners who are unfamiliar with Hsinchu.

I loved my room - very spacious and it came with a balcony with a cycling padding machine. There are a few things which I dislike are 1.lack of socket outlet - this is very obvious at the work desk area. if I need to work, I need to remove the lights socket and replaced with my laptop plug. So I have to work in very dim condition or to work on bed. 2. height of the socket outlet at work desk area is a bit out - I had to adjust the desk in another direction in order to work. 3. the height of the seat at the work desk area is not ideal - way too low 4. hair dryer is driving me crazy - other than mini size, it stopped every other min. N it would start again after a few mins rest. Other than the above mentioned, I am still happy with the hotel. When I mentioned about the hair dryer issue, the attendants at the reception were very helpful - they passed me another normal size hair dryer. I would come back again.

The hotel is located next to San Min Junior High School, with a good location, but the hotel is a bit old. After all, it is a bit old. Except for the bright lobby, the corridor from the elevator to the room is a bit dim, and the room lighting is also a bit dim. It is recommended to improve the lighting. The overall environment is okay, but when I was sleeping, I heard the sound of Mickey appearing in the pipe room (the space where the pipes are placed)!
