My stay at the Munich Art Hotel was absolutely fantastic! The decor is very stylish and there are many artworks adorning the hotel. The location is incredibly convenient, being right next to Munich Central Station. It's super easy to get anywhere in the city by train, subway, or tram, which is a real time-saver for travelers. The room rate was very affordable, and the room was cleaned daily, making for a very satisfying overall stay. The guy at the front desk was also really friendly and welcoming; he'd always greet me warmly whenever I came and went, which made me feel right at home. Plus, a free and generous breakfast was offered every morning. All in all, it's a hotel with a great location, reasonable prices, and a warm, personal touch. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Munich.

This was the first hotel of my seven-week trip. It was easy to get to from the airport by bus, and the room was spacious and practical. Even though it was on a high floor, the window was dirty and, for some reason, the external blinds were flimsy. However, the window itself was large, which was nice. But there was one major disappointment. One of the front desk women had such an unhelpful attitude that it made me wonder why she was even working there. I was clearly checking in, and her demeanor made me wonder if she was feeling unwell. I'm sure her colleagues also recognized that her customer service skills were clearly lacking. That was truly a shame. It wasn't even a matter of her just not smiling. It was a disappointing start to my trip.

A hotel with a good location and a fashionable feeling in front of the station. It was good to have a sauna that can even take an outside air bath on the terrace. I happened to be able to stay at a cheap price, so I'm satisfied, but I think it's a little expensive at a normal price ... Well, Germany itself is expensive, so it can't be helped.

At this hotel, I had trouble using the induction hob because I wasn't familiar with its operation. I contacted Trip.com customer service, and even though it was late and I couldn't cook on the first night, they were very proactive in helping me communicate with the hotel staff. The next day, the hotel staff came and tested it, confirming it was working, and even wrote down the operating instructions for us. I'm really grateful to both Trip.com and the hotel staff. This hotel is very close to the subway, and there are shopping malls and supermarkets nearby, making it very convenient. The room is spacious, and we had no problem opening up two 28-inch suitcases. The kitchen is well-equipped with utensils and even includes seasonings.

Let's start with the spa - an oasis of relaxation and rejuvenation. From the moment I stepped into the tranquil haven of the Vier Jahreszeiten Spa, I was enveloped in an atmosphere of serenity and well-being. The spa facilities are impeccable, featuring a range of treatments and therapies that cater to every guest's needs. The expert therapists displayed a deep understanding of their craft, ensuring a customized and revitalizing experience. After indulging in one of their signature massages, I felt completely refreshed and invigorated. The spa's attention to detail and commitment to providing a sanctuary of calmness was truly impressive. As for the location, Vier Jahreszeiten Kempinski is a true gem in the heart of Munich. Situated on the prestigious Maximilianstrasse, it offers an ideal home base for exploring the vibrant city. From the hotel, you can easily reach Munich's iconic attractions, designer boutiques, and renowned dining establishments. The convenience of being able to stroll through the historic city center or simply step outside to admire the beauty of Maximilianstrasse made my stay even more enjoyable. It's a testament to the hotel's commitment to offering guests the best of Munich right at their doorstep. The overall experience at Vier Jahreszeiten Kempinski was nothing short of exceptional. The luxurious accommodations, attentive staff, and attention to detail throughout the property were all factors that contributed to a memorable stay. The blend of classic elegance and modern amenities created an inviting and sophisticated atmosphere, which I found to be both comfortable and inspiring. In conclusion, Vier Jahreszeiten Kempinski Munich is a top-tier hotel that truly understands the art of hospitality. Upon arriving at the hotel in the morning, we dropped off our luggage and went out. We returned at the scheduled check-in time of 2 PM, only to find our room in complete disarray and not yet cleaned. After showing photos to the front desk, they immediately arranged for housekeeping. We had to wait for about an hour for the room to be ready. However, Tsira Patsuria at the front desk handled the situation exceptionally well. She offered us tea and pastries while we waited and apologized, explaining that it was Oktoberfest and there was a high volume of guests checking in. She also kindly waived the charges for the draft beer and the snacks in our room. The hotel is very close to the main train station, making it convenient for getting around. The suite was spacious, and the breakfast was excellent, with plenty of cheese and salmon, just what I like. I would definitely consider staying here again.

The service was good, there was free luggage storage, the room facilities were in good condition, the air conditioning was strong, the room was a bit small, but our wallets were also small. Don't go out too late, the surrounding streets don't seem very safe.

Very close location for access to and from central Munich bus and train station. Also it was very easy to walk to museums, galleries and old town from the hotel. Immediate area around the hotel is as you would expect being so close to a central location - it's a bit grimy but honestly we didn't feel unsafe. The hotel room was a decent size and very clean. There was an electric kettle but no coffee and no cups to use - for the room rate I think these should be included. Staff at the hotel were really lovely - the lady at reception lent us her personal umbrella for the day when it was raining. Hotel also has it's own beer brewed downstairs which is excellent 👌🏻
