Wonderful stay at this hotel. Its prime location near the train station made it extremely convenient for travel. Additionally, it's very walkable to the city center, which allowed me to explore easily. The room was spacious, with a chic and cozy vibe. I loved the attention to detail in the decor and the added bonus of having a Marshall speaker to use. Overall, I really enjoyed the vibes and ambiance of the hotel. I would definitely book again and highly recommend it to others.

Near to main station, exit from nord exit for a shorter walk. Also a few steps away from the metro station. There is a tram at the door, which is convenient.
We were given a corner room with king size bed. The room layout was however awkward, with very little walking space and space for luggage. The toilet was also very small. The mini bar (with coffee machine) was placed in a cabinet, without lighting, which was quite odd. The wifi in this room was not good, could only get signals near the toilet. We had a second room on the other side of the corridor, and the wifi worked well.
As the room is near the tram, it was not quiet at night. You could consider the same hotel on the other street for a quieter room (which we also stayed before).
However, service was good and we appreciated the amenities in the room. It was a good night sleep.

The room was fair, the pillows were very very uncomfortable but it is reasonably priced so I guess its alright for a night or two. It is located perfectly between the center and the central station so both catching a bus for the airport and exploring the city is very convenient.

The room is very clean, has good lighting, sufficient heating, and is equipped with a refrigerator and safe. The location is 6-7 minutes' walk from the train station. There are tram stops, subways, supermarkets, pharmacies, snack bars, etc. around, making it convenient to travel. Short walk from the central station. Good location. The room first smelled cigarette. The reception kindly changed me to another room.
The room is big , and clean, with many amenities including a kettle, coffee maker. However, it is cold. We book two rooms, one room come with a radiator, my room doesn’t. I believe there is central heating, but the room is below 20 C. Reception is only up till 10pm. When realising, the staff has left.

I booked a room with a garden view, and it was a good size, with a really spacious bathroom. I originally chose this place because it had cooking facilities, but having to pay an extra fee for it was a bit much, and I was too tired, so I gave up on that. The location is great, just a 5-minute walk from the central station, and there's a tram stop right in front of the hotel that takes you to many tourist attractions. It was much quieter than the place I stayed at previously, which was right opposite the central station, which I appreciated. My room faced a school, and a bell rang at 7:45 AM. It was actually perfect for waking up, getting ready, and heading out. Overall, the room was clean, and the bed was comfortably soft, which I liked. The self-check-in/out system was also very convenient. They offer a free breakfast voucher if you skip room cleaning, and the breakfast I had was absolutely delicious. I'd love to stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

It was snowing heavily when I arrived in Munich, a proper blizzard by Beijing standards. I dragged my luggage to the hotel, following Google Maps. The reception staff were very friendly. The room was small and not as clean as I'd hoped. The wooden decor above the bed was actually quite uncomfortable. Tomorrow, I can get a free apple 🍎. Breakfast was plentiful, and there's an inner courtyard garden where you can enjoy the beautiful snowy scenery while eating.

The location was great, about a 3-minute walk from Munich Central Station. The room wasn't exactly sparkling clean, but it was fine for just sleeping. There was enough space to open two suitcases.
Since I stayed on a weekend, it could get noisy outside even after midnight.
What I liked was that they accommodated my request for a room with a bathtub when I booked, and the takeout kebab right next to the hotel was delicious.

Check-in and check-out are easy, close to the train station, there are 5 supermarkets and DM nearby, room space is OK, the single bed is small, the kitchen can not be cooked, but there is a microwave and a kettle, the bathroom space is small, the wardrobe is large, the sound insulation is very good, very quiet, there is an elevator, it is recommended

The single room was cramped and uncomfortable.
Unfortunately, it was difficult to get the room to a comfortable temperature. The heating was off, and the room was freezing cold upon entering.
The bathroom is modern, but the splash guard is impractical.

On your way back to the hotel, you will be passing by nice international food selection: viet, Italian, Indian and even two Afghani restaurants. Amd if you miss lne of course, you got your kebab shop!
The deal breaker for me, the welcoming deamor of the reception staff. A mixed bag, half were smiling and half is long faced. My advice if smiling and welcoming guests isnt for you, one must quit a customer facing job. And the lady that checked us in has refused to add my husband's holiday in loyalty number. Her reasoning, since you booked using a third party, one must not earn the point. Okay but actually another of her colleague is willing to add the details, just in case we spent something in the bar. Why is it points cant be earn... same concept like flights.. they aren't fussy abt you earning yoir miles. You are the same person at the end of the day.
Amenities: breakfast is sumptuous and varied selection although similar everyday. However reception here are way friendlier and jolly. Their gym is properly equipped. I am also delighted with their housekeeping, they do their daily rounds and the lobby is freshen up to. Compared to a marriot hotel which uses a robot, we're lobby edges are so filty. So kudos to the housekeeping team!
I am happy though that my husband doesnt have a company site in Germany, I will take checking in France/Poland/India and china any day. They are just way welcoming. The attitude just simply put me off, it shouldn't be a German thing as we ate in a German restaurant in the main square, they are nice over there.

Jj_cdUpon arriving at the hotel in the morning, we dropped off our luggage and went out. We returned at the scheduled check-in time of 2 PM, only to find our room in complete disarray and not yet cleaned. After showing photos to the front desk, they immediately arranged for housekeeping. We had to wait for about an hour for the room to be ready. However, Tsira Patsuria at the front desk handled the situation exceptionally well. She offered us tea and pastries while we waited and apologized, explaining that it was Oktoberfest and there was a high volume of guests checking in. She also kindly waived the charges for the draft beer and the snacks in our room. The hotel is very close to the main train station, making it convenient for getting around. The suite was spacious, and the breakfast was excellent, with plenty of cheese and salmon, just what I like. I would definitely consider staying here again.

GGuest UserI stayed only for one night! I didn't stay long enough! The service was good! It was very comfortable! Clean and the breakfast was good😌. The attractions in Munich are relatively close! It's very close to the Charlie Post and nearby hotels! You can also go there for business trips. It's a few steps to the subway station, and it's also good to go to the University of Munich! You can eat the famous pork knuckles in a few steps!

\\O_O/Given the comments I read from other travellers, the hotel actually has far exceeded my expectation. First of all, there is a U-bahn station right next to the hotel, which takes you only 2 minutes to the central station. The room is spacious, clean and air-conditioned, which is rather rare among other hotels in Germany. It also comes with a large window, which makes the entire room bright and cosy. The front-desk service is 24 hours. The staff are all friendly and helpful.
