I have stayed in this hotel before, the parking is free, the hotel environment is very good, the night is super quiet, the breakfast is good, there is everything, there is no elevator to carry luggage a bit difficult

I enjoyed my stay here. It was very pleasant. Quiet and easy access. Room layout and amenities were functional and suffice a trip on business. Ample parking space, however, when occupancy rate is high then it becomes an issue. Was surprised that the city water supply is not hard water. Housekeeping is very diligent that cleans twice a day... Definitely my choice of stay for my next trip!

Very friendly staff. Large and quiet rooms. A bit out of the way yet close to the city center, this hotel offers ample free public parking (plus a paid underground parking garage), and it's a maximum of 10 minutes from Vaihingen town center. The room windows can be opened despite the air conditioning. The curtains darken the room perfectly at night, and the beds are incredibly comfortable. Very practical and aesthetically pleasing furnishings. I'd be happy to come back.

The hotel is relatively new, clean and tidy, with rich breakfast food. There is a big supermarket behind the hotel, and there is a big park not far from the hotel, where you can go for a stroll or jog on weekends. The only thing is that the check-in is in the afternoon. I took an early flight to Stuttgart and wanted to rest in the hotel. I had to pay an extra 15 euros to check in at 12 noon!

The room is very large, and the sofa bed in the living room can be opened into a double bed. The breakfast was also good. Although there was no change in the variety during the few days I stayed there, it was rich in variety. The surrounding environment is quiet and green, and it is very pleasant to walk around the hotel after breakfast. The only minor downside is that the room is not cleaned every day, it takes about 3 to 4 days to clean.

It was hard to find because it was located in the mountains (the accessibility to the city is not good), but the air was good, the rooms were spacious and comfortable and really clean. The children loved it. Breakfast was good too.

Unfortunately, pretty much everything went wrong for us. It started with checking in. The breakfast we had booked was not included in the system and therefore not available to us. As a result, we had a lot of back and forth when we arrived because the staff were completely out of it. Luckily, our provider solved the problem very quickly, so we had to pay money up front, but we got it refunded. This delay meant we had no time to look at the room because the key chip was not programmed and we lost more time. We quickly changed and immediately set off for the external event we had booked. When we returned, things got really disgusting. The toilet rim was completely covered in dried urine, which was also visible on the outside of the bowl. However, as the porter had already said that we would have to book breakfast in the morning, we couldn't do anything at around 11:30 p.m. The very next morning, we presented the photos we had taken to reception. We were initially told that we had to report this immediately upon arrival, but after explaining the process, the gentleman took photos of our photos and wanted to clarify this with the head of the cleaning company. As an apology, we were each allowed to take a drink from the fridge when we left, which was a nice gesture. Unfortunately, that's too many mistakes for us at once, especially since another couple had problems with the booked breakfast and a couple had problems with the room, and all of that happened in the time it took us to complain in the morning and check out. Conclusion: This hotel is no longer an option for us.

After checking in, there was no paper towel in the room. There was no phone in the room to contact the front desk, and they were not proactive in solving the problem. I notified the front desk myself the next day. The front desk said that the security guard didn't understand English or something. I left a note for the front desk who understood English. The front desk who was on duty the next day still didn't deliver it to the room. The service was not enthusiastic and they didn't pay much attention to the feedback. When I checked in, I confirmed that there was a laundry room, but they didn't actively provide laundry detergent and instructions for use. There was no signboard for the laundry room, which was very difficult to notice. I didn't find it until the next day. I wanted to wash my clothes on the first day, but I wasted time and didn't wash them.

The hotel is clean and tidy. Breakfast is OK. Free coffee. Free parking is available on the roadside outside. Nothing else.
