"Had a really good comfortable bed with many pillows. Always appreciate more pillows. Room was clean and beautiful with a capsule coffee machine. Coffee, tea and water is free with a mini bar in the room. I enjoyed that there was a nice smell in the room. The AC is centrally controlled, I could only turn it on or off, changing the temp didn't do anything. Kept it off as I preferred the cool from the weather.
Views from the window were nice but you need to keep them closed I was in a room facing the tram road which made a lot of noise each time the team comes. Halal food nearby was great too.
The gentleman checking me in was very helpful in explaining the key card.
The offer 2 pastries and coffee downstairs which was really a nice touch. Really enjoyed my stay."
"The location was amazing! We booked a room for 3 people and it was very spacious. We also appreciated the modern and easy to use AC. Would definitely recommend."
"The hotel is a lot better from what we expected! We arrived couple hours earlier befofe the check-in time, intended to drop our luggages and check-in at 3pm. But the kind staff, he lets us to check-in earlier without forcing any charges🥹
The room is so different from pictures on the internet, in a good way! I think we got the renovated floor (5th) with brand new room design.
We were absolutely satisfied with this hotel, as it meets 3-star hotel expectations. Though I wouldn’t recommend this hotel for famoly trips, it is mainly suitable for couples or friends or even individuals travelling on budget."
"An excellent hotel with a superb location! We took the Lufthansa Express bus from Terminal 2, which I highly recommend. It stops right at the hotel entrance, saving us the hassle of lugging luggage from the train station. Plus, the subway is right next door. The breakfast was very clean and tasty; although the variety wasn't extensive, it had most of the items you'd expect from a Western buffet. The front desk staff were also very warm and friendly. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the German guests weren't as aloof as I'd heard; everyone was quite friendly and helpful. At breakfast, when I had trouble lifting the lids for food, they kindly offered to help, which was lovely. The room was a bit small and lacked amenities like slippers, tissues, a kettle, toothpaste, and toothbrushes, so it's best to come prepared. However, there's a supermarket right next door, making it easy to buy any daily necessities."
"This is a pleasant and spacious hotel. Although there's no refrigerator, we've found that's often the case in other European hotels we've stayed at. There's no parking lot, and the road for loading and unloading luggage is narrow and complicated, which can be a bit challenging, but it's something we can overlook."
"Hygiene: It was okay, but the sofa cushions in the room couldn't be moved to check underneath – and if you did, you wouldn't like what you saw.
Environment: A bit noisy. My room was arranged close to the street and on the 2nd floor, so the trams passing by at night were quite loud.
Service: So-so. On the first day, I went to the bar for a free drink, and the young staff member was quite slow. The second day, that person wasn't there, but the older gentleman was very friendly and cheerful. However, both days I had to wait 10 minutes.
Facilities: Pretty good, the room was quite spacious."
"Overall, a fantastic experience! The room was spotless, with great natural light and ventilation, and the bedding was so soft I slept incredibly well. The front desk staff were warm and efficient, making check-in and check-out a breeze. The location is super convenient for getting around and finding places to eat. It's excellent value for money, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again for my next trip. Highly recommended!"
"My room was clean and bright with a big bathroom. Nice view facing the train station :) staff were all welcoming and helpful! I stayed close to Xmas and they gave me a bar of chocolate as gift! So sweet, I’m grateful! Location is great, 1 min walk from Hauptbahnhof station and 5-15 min walk from all old town spots! Great value. Highly recommend."
"The hotel is well located for the markets. The hotel breakfast is lovely and excelelnt value.
The rooms however are not to the standard expected for the price. We had dried tissues on the bed linen and hairs in the bedding. We didn’t complain as we didn’t want to wait even longer for check in. Despite lots of guests leaving, we requested an early check in and was kept waiting after an extremely long flight for hours. For an Accor hotel and as a memeber, one of the worst experiences."
"The hotel's location is excellent, easily accessible from the main train station or city center via the 19 tram. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and accommodating, always trying their best to meet guests' needs, such as providing a portable water heater when requested. The room itself was spacious and clean, with great amenities, and the bed was particularly comfortable. The lighting was bright, and the touch-screen control system was very convenient to use. A nice touch was the complimentary mini-bar, which included a bottle of beer and various soft drinks.
The bathroom had excellent water pressure and a consistent hot water supply, making for a pleasant experience.
But the real highlight was the breakfast. The spread was incredibly diverse, offering a wide range of hot and cold dishes to suit every taste.
Overall, my stay was very satisfying. I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit and highly recommend it."

Great
TTravellerLMy stay at the Munich Art Hotel was absolutely fantastic! The decor is very stylish and there are many artworks adorning the hotel. The location is incredibly convenient, being right next to Munich Central Station. It's super easy to get anywhere in the city by train, subway, or tram, which is a real time-saver for travelers. The room rate was very affordable, and the room was cleaned daily, making for a very satisfying overall stay. The guy at the front desk was also really friendly and welcoming; he'd always greet me warmly whenever I came and went, which made me feel right at home. Plus, a free and generous breakfast was offered every morning. All in all, it's a hotel with a great location, reasonable prices, and a warm, personal touch. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Munich.
GGuest UserWhile your hotel facilities are acceptable, the operational failures and hostile staff conduct during my recent stay were entirely unacceptable.
My room was located excessively far from the lobby, which amplified a serious safety hazard: the in-room telephone was completely broken. When I discovered the television was also unusable (stating the room was ”not checked in”), housekeeping dismissed me, forcing me to walk all the way to reception just to report your own technical failures.
Worse, I experienced an emergency when my phone died without a universal adapter. Instead of helping me during an urgent situation, your staff predatorily refused to assist unless I purchased an overpriced adapter from the hotel. To top it all off, the reception staff were cold and dismissive. Their complete lack of basic courtesy and welcoming demeanor went beyond poor customer service. it felt distinctly like racial bias.
A broken room phone is a safety violation, but your staff’s total lack of empathy during an emergency is a failure of management. I expect a formal response regarding how you plan to address these room defects and the deeply problematic behavior of your front desk team.
GGuest UserA hotel with a good location and a fashionable feeling in front of the station. It was good to have a sauna that can even take an outside air bath on the terrace. I happened to be able to stay at a cheap price, so I'm satisfied, but I think it's a little expensive at a normal price ... Well, Germany itself is expensive, so it can't be helped.
GGuest UserThe location was fantastic, very close to the station and within easy reach of the city center. The neighborhood felt very safe, which was a big plus. It was also great to have a supermarket and a coin laundry within walking distance.
The room itself was spacious, clean, and comfortable. When the hairdryer in the room wasn't working, I went to the front desk and they immediately lent me a spare, which I thought was excellent service.
TTsubaki Akaivery good and clean facilities. the staff are nice and friendly. the area is tidy and feeling safe walking around. Tried breakfast for 2 days and they offer different things on the 2 days and I greatly appreciate that!
GGuest UserHotel teams are very kind and ready to respond to your requests.
Food is perfect and delicious.
Hotel is quite new and clean.
Location is a bit far from Munich center but it is very convenient for traveling. Also, very clean and safe area.
Hotel is far from train station just 1-2 min walk.
MMinachi-This hotel is super close, only about a 5-minute walk from Munich Central Station. The hotel itself is a bit older, but it's very well-maintained and clean. For a Japanese person, the room felt incredibly spacious and comfortable.
\\O_O/Given the comments I read from other travellers, the hotel actually has far exceeded my expectation. First of all, there is a U-bahn station right next to the hotel, which takes you only 2 minutes to the central station. The room is spacious, clean and air-conditioned, which is rather rare among other hotels in Germany. It also comes with a large window, which makes the entire room bright and cosy. The front-desk service is 24 hours. The staff are all friendly and helpful.
TTravel itinerary 1Let's start with the spa - an oasis of relaxation and rejuvenation. From the moment I stepped into the tranquil haven of the Vier Jahreszeiten Spa, I was enveloped in an atmosphere of serenity and well-being. The spa facilities are impeccable, featuring a range of treatments and therapies that cater to every guest's needs. The expert therapists displayed a deep understanding of their craft, ensuring a customized and revitalizing experience. After indulging in one of their signature massages, I felt completely refreshed and invigorated. The spa's attention to detail and commitment to providing a sanctuary of calmness was truly impressive.
As for the location, Vier Jahreszeiten Kempinski is a true gem in the heart of Munich. Situated on the prestigious Maximilianstrasse, it offers an ideal home base for exploring the vibrant city. The convenience of being able to stroll through the historic city center or simply step outside to admire the beauty of Maximilianstrasse made my stay even more enjoyable. It's a testament to the hotel's commitment to offering guests the best of Munich right at their doorstep.
The overall experience at Vier Jahreszeiten Kempinski was nothing short of exceptional. The luxurious accommodations, attentive staff, and attention to detail throughout the property were all factors that contributed to a memorable stay. The blend of classic elegance and modern amenities created an inviting and sophisticated atmosphere, which I found to be both comfortable and inspiring.
In conclusion, Vier Jahreszeiten Kempinski Munich is a top-tier hotel that truly understands the art of hospitality. The remarkable spa and the unbeatable location in the heart of Munich set it apart as a destination that caters to travelers seeking a perfect balance of relaxation and exploration. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to experience the best of Munich in a luxurious and welcoming setting.
GGuest UserAt this hotel, I had trouble using the induction hob because I wasn't familiar with its operation. I contacted Trip.com customer service, and even though it was late and I couldn't cook on the first night, they were very proactive in helping me communicate with the hotel staff. The next day, the hotel staff came and tested it, confirming it was working, and even wrote down the operating instructions for us. I'm really grateful to both Trip.com and the hotel staff. This hotel is very close to the subway, and there are shopping malls and supermarkets nearby, making it very convenient. The room is spacious, and we had no problem opening up two 28-inch suitcases. The kitchen is well-equipped with utensils and even includes seasonings.
