"Had a really good comfortable bed with many pillows. Always appreciate more pillows. Room was clean and beautiful with a capsule coffee machine. Coffee, tea and water is free with a mini bar in the room. I enjoyed that there was a nice smell in the room. The AC is centrally controlled, I could only turn it on or off, changing the temp didn't do anything. Kept it off as I preferred the cool from the weather. Views from the window were nice but you need to keep them closed I was in a room facing the tram road which made a lot of noise each time the team comes. Halal food nearby was great too. The gentleman checking me in was very helpful in explaining the key card. The offer 2 pastries and coffee downstairs which was really a nice touch. Really enjoyed my stay."

"The hotel is a lot better from what we expected! We arrived couple hours earlier befofe the check-in time, intended to drop our luggages and check-in at 3pm. But the kind staff, he lets us to check-in earlier without forcing any charges🥹 The room is so different from pictures on the internet, in a good way! I think we got the renovated floor (5th) with brand new room design. We were absolutely satisfied with this hotel, as it meets 3-star hotel expectations. Though I wouldn’t recommend this hotel for famoly trips, it is mainly suitable for couples or friends or even individuals travelling on budget."

"An excellent hotel with a superb location! We took the Lufthansa Express bus from Terminal 2, which I highly recommend. It stops right at the hotel entrance, saving us the hassle of lugging luggage from the train station. Plus, the subway is right next door. The breakfast was very clean and tasty; although the variety wasn't extensive, it had most of the items you'd expect from a Western buffet. The front desk staff were also very warm and friendly. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the German guests weren't as aloof as I'd heard; everyone was quite friendly and helpful. At breakfast, when I had trouble lifting the lids for food, they kindly offered to help, which was lovely. The room was a bit small and lacked amenities like slippers, tissues, a kettle, toothpaste, and toothbrushes, so it's best to come prepared. However, there's a supermarket right next door, making it easy to buy any daily necessities."

"This is a pleasant and spacious hotel. Although there's no refrigerator, we've found that's often the case in other European hotels we've stayed at. There's no parking lot, and the road for loading and unloading luggage is narrow and complicated, which can be a bit challenging, but it's something we can overlook."

"Hygiene: It was okay, but the sofa cushions in the room couldn't be moved to check underneath – and if you did, you wouldn't like what you saw. Environment: A bit noisy. My room was arranged close to the street and on the 2nd floor, so the trams passing by at night were quite loud. Service: So-so. On the first day, I went to the bar for a free drink, and the young staff member was quite slow. The second day, that person wasn't there, but the older gentleman was very friendly and cheerful. However, both days I had to wait 10 minutes. Facilities: Pretty good, the room was quite spacious."

"Overall, a fantastic experience! The room was spotless, with great natural light and ventilation, and the bedding was so soft I slept incredibly well. The front desk staff were warm and efficient, making check-in and check-out a breeze. The location is super convenient for getting around and finding places to eat. It's excellent value for money, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again for my next trip. Highly recommended!"

"My room was clean and bright with a big bathroom. Nice view facing the train station :) staff were all welcoming and helpful! I stayed close to Xmas and they gave me a bar of chocolate as gift! So sweet, I’m grateful! Location is great, 1 min walk from Hauptbahnhof station and 5-15 min walk from all old town spots! Great value. Highly recommend."

"The hotel is well located for the markets. The hotel breakfast is lovely and excelelnt value. The rooms however are not to the standard expected for the price. We had dried tissues on the bed linen and hairs in the bedding. We didn’t complain as we didn’t want to wait even longer for check in. Despite lots of guests leaving, we requested an early check in and was kept waiting after an extremely long flight for hours. For an Accor hotel and as a memeber, one of the worst experiences."

"The hotel's location is excellent, easily accessible from the main train station or city center via the 19 tram. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and accommodating, always trying their best to meet guests' needs, such as providing a portable water heater when requested. The room itself was spacious and clean, with great amenities, and the bed was particularly comfortable. The lighting was bright, and the touch-screen control system was very convenient to use. A nice touch was the complimentary mini-bar, which included a bottle of beer and various soft drinks. The bathroom had excellent water pressure and a consistent hot water supply, making for a pleasant experience. But the real highlight was the breakfast. The spread was incredibly diverse, offering a wide range of hot and cold dishes to suit every taste. Overall, my stay was very satisfying. I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit and highly recommend it."
