"Ac wasn't working at all, despite informing the staff on occasion basis they did not bother to consider the request. Next day they made us shift in a different room. Housekeeping staff has an attitude issue and not pleasing at all. Which is not good for the hospitality service industry."

"I stayed here the day after the Taj Mahal Palace, and it was even better since it's a newer hotel. The breakfast was good at the Taj too, but this one was much more spacious, had more variety, and was just better overall. Considering Mumbai's traffic, I booked a hotel near the airport to avoid delays, and they provided a spacious and clean car for airport pickup, which was incredibly convenient and comfortable."
"I recently stayed at Lemon Tree Premier near Mumbai International Airport, and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. The hotel strikes a perfect balance between comfort, style, and convenience. The location is ideal for business travelers and transit passengers, just a few minutes away from the terminals."
"When it is Hilton brand you expect certain minimum standards no matter which part of the world it is located. On booking site it said airport pickup included which was one of the main considerations to book this airport hotel. Upon arrival from 25+ hours long flight I had to look around for over 15 min for hotel pickup . Finally I gave up and booked uber. I reported this at check in and staff was friendly and acknowledged the issue and said will get that corrected as they do not have airport pick up. Other issues that one would not expect with Hilton facilities is WiFi was extremely choppy , slow and absolutely useless. Power outlets were made for Indian power plugs only, I could not charge my laptop or phone for entire stay. Food was great though and staff was no doubt friendly and courteous. With these limitations I am not going to pick Hilton Mumbai for sure when landing in Mumbai next"
"Disappointing service and required to make multiple calls to get room service.
At the checkout, the staff was not capable of offering timely service and while serving to me, other client was also entertained which I found strange customer service. The staff was unable to release blocked money and as of today it has not been released.
Finally, the staff did take a long time in producing invoice and still haven’t received an email for the invoice.
The management needs to pay attention to training being provided to the staff."
"It was a great experience. The restaurants are nice albeit you need to be sure if you like the authetic flavours from South Indian cuisine. As the paneer dish tasted a bit bitter due to different spices used in South Indian cuisine. Overall, great hotel and it is a peaceful to be in the large high ceiling lobby."
"This was my first time in India, and I was a bit nervous right after landing. A special thank you to Santosh K. Tiwari for his incredibly helpful assistance. He patiently listened to my needs, proactively contacted his supervisor who then took me to an airport bank to exchange currency, and also helped me inquire about taxi prices. He carefully answered all my questions, making me feel very much at ease the moment I arrived. The overall hotel stay experience was average, but the staff's service was truly outstanding. Thank you, Santosh, for giving me such a wonderful first impression of India."
"I am writing this to highlight a distressing incident during my stay, balanced by the professional way the management eventually handled it.
On March 9th, at approximately 7:20 AM, a staff member entered my room (1010) without knocking, announcing themselves, or receiving permission. As a lady staying alone in India for the first time, I was incredibly shaken as I was just stepping out of the shower and not fully dressed. This was a significant breach of privacy and safety.
However, I must commend the management for their swift and professional response once I raised the issue. They initiated a good service recovery, sincerely apologized for the lapse, and provided a formal assurance that they are reviewing their Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) to ensure this never happens to another guest.
While the initial experience was very disappointing, I appreciate that the hotel took full accountability and showed they value guest safety and feedback."
"The hotel facilities are very new, and the environment is quite good. It's really close to the airport, with the airport right outside the window. The food is quite fresh; compared to similar brand hotels in other cities, the dishes here are fresher, but the price is slightly higher and the room is a bit small."

Amazing
KKizzaBGreat experience at Taj Mahal Tower, from the check in, to the room service, to the breakfast variety and restaurant food everything was superb.
Located just outside India gate.
The little touches like the traditional welcome and the complimentary heritage tour make it all the more special.
The room service staff were friendly and nothing was too much effort for them.
I would definitely recommend it if you want a relaxing high end stay in Mumbai.
BBharat61I stayed at The St. Regis Mumbai for two nights last week and had an excellent experience. The check-in process was efficient, and the staff maintained a high level of professionalism throughout my stay. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and offered an impressive city view. Housekeeping was consistent and attentive, ensuring everything was in order without needing to request anything.
Although I did not try the breakfast service, I did visit the bar on the 37th floor, which was a highlight of the stay. The night views from the top were outstanding, and the atmosphere was refined yet vibrant. The service team at the bar was attentive, and the overall experience made for an enjoyable evening.
Overall, The St. Regis Mumbai delivered a high-quality stay with strong service standards and a well-maintained property. I would highly recommend it for both business and leisure travel.
AAnonymous UserHuge spacious room, cabinets/mini bar area were slightly moist.. had the wet wooden smell. Breakfast was okish.
Good for a one night stay if you're heading to the airport the next day. Less than 5mins walking distance to T1. Buggy is avail / staff can help you with your luggage to the terminal. Multiple eateries at the airport too if you're not into proper sit down dining at the hotel.
GGuest UserWe recently stayed at The Westin to celebrate my wife Ritika’s birthday, and I must say – the entire experience was wonderful. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality and attention to detail were impressive.
A special thanks to Jasmina, who took care of every arrangement perfectly. Her efforts truly made the occasion memorable for us. The decor, the room setup, and the overall vibe reflected warmth and elegance.
The entire staff was courteous, well-behaved, and extremely professional. Everyone made sure we felt welcomed and comfortable throughout our stay.
Highly recommend The Westin for anyone looking to celebrate a special occasion. Thank you once again for making Ritika’s birthday so special!
GGuest UserThe yoga courses and Zimbabwe courses are not there but they will pretend that they are there.
I asked 4 times to get the schedules through email but that email never came . Be careful cause the security at swimming pool is just like a decoration cause everyone can enter without having the room card to the swimming pool area by just jumping in while some clients are entering. And maybe there is a collaboration with the staff because actually in such beggars clothes how can they pass unobservant even the main door of the reception of the hotel! They have strict policies about cancellation which normally all the other marriotts of the world have..specially with clients who have diamond and travel genius highest level as vip clients .they dont consider that they stayed the entire week 7 days and it can happen that the last day some unpredictable work thing can happen. The 24 /7 service is just a fake thing cause if you call at a normal 10 pm the person's who ll pick up the phone after a LONG wait they still make you wait for the next morning for the concerned person to come and ask. They say ”we ll call you back but that call never comes” .
CCheryl UKI requested a very quiet room, and upon check-in, I was assured room 101 was a very quiet room. I really needed to sleep between my 2 flights. As soon as I entered my room, I went to bed and fell asleep, only to be woken up quite soon afterwards by the sound of banging - not sure what it was - drawers, cupboards, doors. Then I heard someone walking around wearing very heavy footwear, so I called reception and fortunately they put a stop to it. But then it seemed like they were doing construction work in the room above me - they started hammering!!! Yes, HAMMERING!!!!! Followed by DRILLING!!!! No chance whatsoever of any sleep! I called reception again, and they stopped the hammering and the drilling. A few minutes of peace, and then the people in room 137 put their TV on at FULL VOLUME !!! It was so loud that the television might just as well have been in my room. I put my dress on over my nighty, and went round to room 137, and asked the young girl to turn down the TV, which she did, for a little while. Zero chance of any rest, zero chance of any sleep. Even though this is an airport hotel, there is NO SOUNDPROOFING, so basically you can hear absolutely everything going on in all the rooms around you.
Staff were very nice, and were always trying to do their best to ensure a pleasant stay, but all this noise is clearly the fault of the senior management. Hammering and drilling are not what one associates with a Hilton airport hotel room!!!!
PPANCHALNice place, Nice location.
Justify it's name as Resort.
Inside they have their own atmosphere. Children play area is very Vell designed & really Children can use the same (Without hesitation from Management). Staff & Management are co-operative. Food & View also cool.
GGuest UserPlus point of this hotel is location and it’s opposite of Marine Drive and next to Mumbai Crickets stadium and staff are very supportive and room and bathroom are very clean only disadvantage is no restaurant and I ordered from outside hotel and Zomato and NO Parking available, I had to park in pay parked area near Church Gate station around 1km far from hotel , but if no car then very good hotel
AAnonymous UserI stayed for 2 nights on Friday and Saturday. The first floor was a club, and the music was echoing with a lot of explosions from around 20:00 to around 26:00. Recommended for club lovers.
It is good because it is close to India gate and each tourist attraction, but it is painful in the lack of sleep.
The window in the room is not key. Easy to intrude.
The bathroom is so water pressure in the shower, the window is not completely closed, and there is no net door and the insect is easy to enter.
No toilet paper. No toothbrush. There is body soap and shampoo. No conditioner.
Breakfast is not rich in variety, but not bad.
The breakfast venue is quite difficult to understand.
The breakfast venue staff is blunt, but it is effective and kind.
In the morning, there was a newspaper at the entrance of the room.
The hotel corridor and stairs are relatively clean.
There is a PC work desk, but the chair is high.
Some top places to stay in Mumbai are near popular attractions like Juhu Beach and Colaba—so you can quickly get to top landmarks and amenities you need.
