"When it is Hilton brand you expect certain minimum standards no matter which part of the world it is located. On booking site it said airport pickup included which was one of the main considerations to book this airport hotel. Upon arrival from 25+ hours long flight I had to look around for over 15 min for hotel pickup . Finally I gave up and booked uber. I reported this at check in and staff was friendly and acknowledged the issue and said will get that corrected as they do not have airport pick up. Other issues that one would not expect with Hilton facilities is WiFi was extremely choppy , slow and absolutely useless. Power outlets were made for Indian power plugs only, I could not charge my laptop or phone for entire stay. Food was great though and staff was no doubt friendly and courteous. With these limitations I am not going to pick Hilton Mumbai for sure when landing in Mumbai next"

"Great location for a one night stay. Close to the beach, restaurants and bars. Rooms were clean and large. Plenty of continental and Indian options in buffet breakfast Would recommend this hotel for solo travel"

"Huge spacious room, cabinets/mini bar area were slightly moist.. had the wet wooden smell. Breakfast was okish. Good for a one night stay if you're heading to the airport the next day. Less than 5mins walking distance to T1. Buggy is avail / staff can help you with your luggage to the terminal. Multiple eateries at the airport too if you're not into proper sit down dining at the hotel."

"Good hotel with all facilities. Not the best for solo female travellers as there is a club on the top floor. Can be a bit noisy, especially on the weekends. But the staff is quite supportive and caring. They do their best to make you feel safe. Food is good. Overall satisfactory."

"If you traveling solo or family then I don't recommend this place. Bathrooms is not hygienic at all. Room is dusty. food is good , view from restaurant is also good but restaurant staff is not professional they will stare at you while eating food. View from room is good. Room amenities not provided. And charges are high too. Nearby to war memorial and cricket stadium. Hotel staff help to arrange cabs . But I will recommend search other"

"It was a great experience. The restaurants are nice albeit you need to be sure if you like the authetic flavours from South Indian cuisine. As the paneer dish tasted a bit bitter due to different spices used in South Indian cuisine. Overall, great hotel and it is a peaceful to be in the large high ceiling lobby."

"Very big hotel, located close to the airport. Has a rooftop view, with restaurant and outdoor swimming pool. The planes landing and taking off can clearly be viewed from the rooftop. T1 is on a walking distance, where there are multiple options for food. Note: outside food is not allowed in the hotel! Rooms were nice and clean, a bit outdated in aesthetics, but nothing worn out or too old."

",The location is very good. The hotel is quite huge and might have been great in the past but the cleanliness or room quality is very old and average. It's definitely not bad but surely not like a 5 star, the way it looks in pictures."
