As a frequent traveler, choosing a hotel is very important to me. I rarely comment, but I have to comment on this hotel: First of all, when booking the hotel, I asked for a quiet room, but after I checked in, I found that my room was facing the intercity railway and running until 12 o'clock, the room was very noisy. After calling the front desk, they asked for a room change, they said it would take 20 minutes, but I waited 20 minutes and they still didn't arrive. When I called again and asked for a replacement immediately, they could make a resolution in three minutes, proving that they didn’t really care what the customer felt. Secondly, after arriving in the new room, the lamp in the room was bad, and I waited again for 30 minutes to change the lamp. Finally, when ordering, order a vegetarian dish, the first time the waiter forgot to order, after the second order urged them three times, after waiting for an hour and a half, the vegetarian dish finally came up, but I have already finished eating. The hotel staff said that I was sorry that I could exempt the order, but I didn't ask for the order, I just needed to return the dish. The next morning, the chef waited for me in the restaurant and said that I was very sorry and sent a small gift. I am very grateful for this, but it still means that the hotel's dining service is very slow, which seriously affects the time of the guests. Hope the hotel can make improvements!

The overall experience was surprisingly great. I previously stayed at the Lalit in New Delhi, and I was not impressed with their service. But this is the first time, I am staying at Leela. The rooms were big, and the service was top-notch right from the entrance all the way to the room. Special thanks to Hussain, the main door *** who always with his welcoming smile, Namal and Tulika the receptionist who were very welcoming with their ittar and guidance, Dorothy the waitress who made sure we were well taken care of with a smile and finally Rumanika the room cleaner who cleaned our room especially well and ensured every part of the room is cleaned thoroughly during our stay. Lots of names to mention but I managed to remember only a few of these names. I know this is a new hotel and I believe they will continue to keep this service, cleanliness, and hospitality. Thanks again for the wonderful stay at your hotel and we were very happy with our stay.

A stunning hotel with outstanding service. The main palace building is stunning and historic. The stay includes a free tour, yoga, traditional concert, and afternoon tea. Dinner was very nice, although expensive, and you are not able to order food from outside. However, as a special treat, I was happy to pay and the food was great. Award winning food. The hospitality was outstanding, and all of the staff went out of their way to be helpful. At breakfast, there was live music, and they even offered me a champagne breakfast. The complimentary horse and carriage arrival was an added great surprise. Highly recommend staying here. I've been fortunate enough to stay at a few different Taj Hotels across India, and this was by far the best one that I have experienced. I did not want to leave!

I stayed here business meeting. Location is very good and plenty of food options nearby. Hotel is also decent and I liked breakfast a lot

I had a very pleasant stay at Courtyard by Marriott, Hyderabad. The overall experience was comfortable and well managed, from check-in to check-out. The staff were courteous, helpful, and always willing to assist, which made the stay smooth and stress-free. The room was clean, spacious, and well maintained, with all the necessary amenities. Housekeeping standards were excellent, and the environment felt safe and relaxing. The food was a highlight of the stay. Breakfast had a good variety, catering to both local Indian and international tastes. The quality of the food was very good, fresh, and well presented. The restaurant staff were attentive, and service was prompt and professional. Overall, it was a satisfying experience, and I would definitely recommend Courtyard Hyderabad for both business and leisure stays.

Friendly stuff I really love the way that they welcome us with a traditional and captivating cultural, full of spirit and traditional. The hotel is really close to the mall and restaurant.

The restaurant's service and quality are pretty bad. I was sitting in the restaurant for more than 5 minutes without any service during dinner time. About at least 30% of cousins are either empty or nearly empty. Based on the 5-star hotel, it is very poor service and quality.

Toilet bowl had mosquitoes. Bed was not properly made . Room cards were deactivated when we returned from our shopping n we had to go all the way down to get it fixed. When asked why this happened , they said we were out for too long n too far from hotel. . Supposed to b a luxury business hotel but there were kids running ***** the corridor past midnight. Food at the Chill restaurant was good. We had mutton biryani there. Expected more from a 5 star hotel.

I loved the fact that I was greeted with a smile and an amazing check in and check out service. The only issue was that the breakfast service did not give me a 5 star feeling with people running around and inadequate places to sit. Stood there for 30 mins to find a seat and everyone was running everywhere. Inspite of paying for the breakfast I did not go the remaining nights. Apart from this everything was amazing and perfect

Enjoyed the stay, facility good, room items was missing and have to request for items , Online booking , confirmation we have to submit and request for breakfast , and receptionist have to get approval from manager every time ,
