"The room was large and very clean. You may have to wait longer for the elevator during the day because there are banquets downstairs. There seemed to be a new girl at the front desk, and the other front desk lady who taught her was very unfriendly to her, a workplace bully. The bully's own service attitude was not very good either, shaking her head."
"작지만 깔끔하고 아늑한 느낌 그 자체였습니다. 다만 509호 머리 윗쪽으로 전등을 켜고 끌 때마다 ‘딸깍’ 소리가 나더라구요. 아마 전기 배전 관련해서 벽이 얇아서 들리는 것 같았는데 그 점 빼고는 위치, 가격, 청결 모두 만족했습니다. 아 화장실이 좁은 편이라 물이 다 튀어서 옷 보관에 애를 먹었습니다."
"The accommodation was cozy and the bathroom was very spacious, but
the bedding management was a bit disappointing. There was hair on the bedding..
And it was ticklish so I couldn't sleepㅠㅠ
I'm satisfied with the facilities because there are two PCs~
I just wish they would pay more attention to cleanliness. I clearly wrote in my request
that I ask for clean bedding because my skin is sensitive.
I hope they'll listen to my request🙏"
"The hotel is well positioned very close to the bus station and also there is a mall nearby which has a huge supermarket with anything you may need.
The staff was kind.
They offer free drinking water, coffee, tea and toast with jam. Beware that they advertise on the pictures that they have a washing machine but in reality there’s none. Keep in mind if you’re looking for a room with laundry. There is a self service one not that far away though.
The room was clean and we had everything what we expected."
"The computer specs were fantastic! It was more than enough for playing PUBG and League of Legends, and the room was clean and quiet, making it a great place to sleep. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, which made me feel very welcome."
"This was a last-minute booking, and it turned out to be a great choice. There is free parking, the price was reasonable, and the room had everything I needed.
The bed was very soft and extremely comfortable, although you need to like softer mattresses. The bathroom was spacious, there was a huge TV, and the room even had an LG Styler, which can refresh, dry, and care for your clothes.
Overall, it was a very good stay, and I would definitely recommend this hotel."
"Maybe the old hotel has been hit by a new owner. The wall paint of the room is intertwined in several places and is not tidy. The toilet bidet has a power code cut, and it seems that it has been installed for a long time, and there are times when it is very dirty around the bidet and toilet seats, but it probably didn't seem to be disinfected once since the first installation. The toilet and shower room are in one space, and the smell of tails is very uncomfortable. There are three small towels, and the drying and disinfection status of the laundry smells suspicious. (no smell of lax) as soon as I entered the first assigned room, the smell of cigarettes was so strong that I changed it and it was a newly assigned room, so I just stayed overnight. The people who work were friendly.
The new owner seems to have not yet raised the room level to my level.
The rooms are very spacious and not used, so I don't know the performance, but there are two PCs. It is said that it includes breakfast, but it was not used."
"This place is close to Ppyeogui Nongmin Tteukkeuni (a restaurant) and the main branch of Sungsimdang (a famous bakery), and not far from Daejeon Station. The price is also very reasonable.
Our room even had a Styler (a clothing care system) and a PC! Plus, it was great that we could watch all OTT (over-the-top) services for free on the TV. It was so comfortable, it made us not want to leave, haha!
There's a door next to the front desk on the first floor that leads to the parking lot, and if you go through there, you'll find a separate lounge area. The lounge has free toast and free coffee, and you can even buy instant cup noodles for 1,000 won at the front desk and cook them 'Han River style' in the lounge, haha! Who would've thought I'd be eating 'Han River ramen' at a hotel in Daejeon? Loved it, haha!
Oh, and you can even store cakes in the refrigerator in the lounge! ☆☆
After arriving, we immediately went to Ppyeogui, and since the wait was long, we got takeout (takeout was instant) and just munched away back at the accommodation. It was super convenient and enjoyable, haha."

YYonQVery near to industrial area where is my destination.
Hotel is located right beside Hyundai premium outlet, there is food restaurant at the third floor of outlet.
The outlet is also selling branded product with good deal.
Skypark hotel room and staff are great as well
Thank you for the stay
MMicSKCheck-in was simple and smooth. The member of staff that checked me in spoke great English. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable, but I do wish they had more pillows. There was only one provided. There were lots of shops in the local area. The closest train station is about 13 mins walk away. There is also a Starbucks in the same building. I would stay here again.
CCarlo Baldonido⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A Perfect Stay at Lotte City Hotel Daejeon
From the moment I arrived at Lotte City Hotel Daejeon, I knew I was in for an exceptional experience. The check-in process was seamless and warm, with staff who were not only efficient but genuinely welcoming. Their attention to detail made me feel immediately cared for.
My room was spotless, modern, and thoughtfully designed, offering a beautiful view of the surrounding city. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the room amenities—ranging from high-quality toiletries to a well-stocked minibar—made the stay feel luxurious and convenient.
One of the highlights was the breakfast buffet. The selection was impressive, with both Korean and international options, all fresh and beautifully presented. It was the perfect way to start each day.
The hotel’s location is another huge plus—quiet enough for restful nights, yet close to notable attractions, the Expo Park, and convenient transportation hubs. Whether for business or leisure, it’s an ideal base in Daejeon.
What truly sets Lotte City Hotel Daejeon apart is the service. Every staff member I interacted with was courteous, professional, and eager to help. They went above and beyond to ensure my stay was flawless.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Daejeon. It exceeded my expectations in every way, and I will absolutely return on my next trip!
BBatsaikhan KhashbatThe hotel is modern and comfortable, and overall it offers good value for money. The breakfast was decent, although tea was not provided by default—I had to ask for it, but it was fine once served.
There were some minor difficulties, such as figuring out how to use the clothes dryer in the room. Also, most instructions were in Korean, which made things a bit confusing at times.
However, the service was generally good, and despite a few inconveniences, I had a pleasant stay.
GGuest Userrequested for quiet room - was put on 2nd floor which is odd since the room is right above the bsck entrance and carparks. Endless beeping sounds, drunks at night. Room was in the corner, which is the probably the quietest on the floor but the level negates it all. Wasnt quiet enough, kept waking up. Room 212 is to be avoided.
Appreciate the cooking equipment, which isnt as grimy and in as poor condition as the usual. Dishwashing liquid and scouring pad provided.
Ondol is warm. Too many built in cabinets which goes unused and can smell a little musty.
Stayed 9 days, found a type of insect that resembles a very long ant with a forked behind and multiple sections. Encountered 5 of them in the bathroom, all on different days. I squished them so it isn't the same one.
There's bug spray in the room, Idk if it works on them. Got a picture of the 3rd day wormie for your viewing fun...
WWanghaoyanBreakfast is provided: stir-fried pork belly, bread, butter, and strawberry jam.
Small sausages, lettuce salad, and corn salad are provided.
Orange juice and milk are also provided.
All of this is free and included in the room rate.
It's also very close to the subway, less than 50 meters away, which connects directly to Daejeon High-Speed Railway Station.
I love staying here because it's just a 500-meter walk to the riverside for a relaxing run.
The room was excellent; it was standard and worth the price.
GGuest UserThe hotel room was great! A major plus point is a bidet in the toilet which was super convenient for us! The hotel is also nicely situated within walking distance to bus stops, the subway station, and at least 3 convenience stores. Not to mention Mega Coffee and Compose Coffee (try their Einspanner latte!) just 2 mins walk away. Overall, highly recommended for those wanting not just a place to stay but also having things to do and explore walking around the area.
JJeroen PotWe booked this hotel as it was close to the hot springs and metro station (at walking distance). The hotel personnel was very friendly. The owner told us there was not much interesting to do in Daejeon, but we have enjoyed 3 days in the city, at the aquarium, skyroad and the hot springs. And there are more tourist attractions around which we did not visit. The hotel room was large and very nice, although being with a 4 person family, we needed two additional mattresses on the floor. A suggestion for improvement would be to have two double beds in the room, as there is plenty of space. Laundry service was free.
GGirlMeetsWorldThis has been one of the best budget stays I've had in Korea. I would highly recommend this motel. The location was great, 5 minutes walking to the bus terminal and many shops and restaurants nearby. Also, a 7 Eleven just around the corner. The reception area looks so nice and cozy. There's a communal microwave, hot and cold water dispenser, a coffee maker, an ice machine, and a small seating area. The room itself was so big and spacious. Big and comfortable bed with 2 pillows each! Big bathroom with a very nice bathtub and shower. There's a small couch and coffee table. Everything was very clean and working perfectly. It was quiet and pretty sound proof. The price was so affordable for what you get. Had a great stay here.
よよんちぃIt's conveniently located near City Hall Station. I think it's good value for money. The breakfast, in particular, felt like an authentic Korean breakfast, and it was fun to fry my own eggs. I was also happy that they had tangerines.
