"The hotel I stayed in several years ago, because the economic situation is depressed, the service is slightly worse than before... But the room is still very clean, and the location of the hotel is OK. Breakfast is not good."
"This hotel is an anime cartoon theme, and the elevators and corridors are all anime-themed characters from the Avengers. There is a western restaurant outside on the first floor. The outside environment is average. It is full of all kinds of cars, so it is not easy to find. Breakfast is on the top floor with a view across Lebanon. There is a swimming pool, gym, but no hot springs."
"The staff here made my stay very convienent and enjoyable. Always willing to help and assist. I’m totally grateful for the commitment of the hotel staff here. Also the location is the cherry on top. Perfect location."
"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout my visit. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The location was perfect, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!"
"WE stayed at the hotel for our honeymoon and it was amazing! we really enjoyed our time. thank you for the great service- the breakfast was delicious ."
"It is one of the best hotels for me. The location is so convenient, the staff is great and so helpful, and the rooms are very good. However, the hotel still needs few maintenance tweaks to keep the perfection level and standards very high."
"Polite and helpful staff, good restaurant, & very centra location.
No acoustic insulation whatsoever, therefore, neighbors & weekend parties can keep you up late."
"Excellent everything!!!
The only disadvantage is that it's just a little far from the center and at a point that often even confuses taxis but with taxi application you're okay!"
"Ok, the environment is OK, parking is convenient, it looks very clean, that is, the water has a little taste, it seems that it has not been processed, it is salty, I hope it can be improved! Booked for other friends"

Great
GGee88The hotel is beautiful, clean and the location is very central. However the indoor pool in the spa was being emptied in the middle of the day when we tried to use it. Service around the outdoor pool was bit slack for the prices you are paying. However the biggest problem was parking. Felt like we were being taken on a ride, we were told that a full day parking was $25 which we paid, despite the fact that is a really extortinate price for the area, however at the end of our stay we were told that the $25 covers 8 hours only so we were charged twice and extra $9 for an additional three hours stay. So in total we paid $59 for around 20hours of parking which sounds extreme, not to mention the rude way we’re asked to pay. It was the experience I was hoping for, I am unlikely to go back, which is a shame because it is such a historical and beautiful hotel.
GgregguanWaited about 30 minutes to check in. After checking in, I found there was no water in the bathroom, so I called maintenance. The tap water had a strange salty taste, and my facial cleanser wouldn't lather. The safe broke twice and wasn't fixed properly either time. The room's soundproofing is terrible; one night, young people in the next room were making noise until 2 AM. I had to call the front desk for help, but then they started up again at 5 AM. The location is in an older central area of Beirut, but now there are many Syrian refugees living there, making it feel a bit dirty and chaotic.
TTALAL MOHAMMAD HUSSEINYThe hotel room is very nice, large, and comfortable. The hotel is modern and unique. You are located right next to the American University in Bliss street. The thing I didn't like was the gym has no lights and was a bit too small and narrow. They also did not have body wash which was very strange and when I informed them, they said that they only provide hand sanitizer.
IIrma555The hotel is nice, located near the sea, with its own excellent beach area, several pools, a restaurant, and a bar. Standard room with breakfast. The downside was the room was very smoky, and there was always smoke coming from the next room.
FFADY BARAKATBasic facilities.
Room is deluxe but old and needs to reflect more brightness and cleanliness.
Compared to the international level, the hotel needs to step up on the cleanliness and quality control.
The support was good and the efforts were appreciated but the hotel management needs to invest more to meet up with the international equivalent rate per night.
Noting that the conditions of the country are currently defying and keeping up with the basic services is nearly impossible, and the hotel managed to provide the basics from water/hot water, electricity and A/C almost 24/7.
Can order outside delivery to the room.
Suitable for competitive rates, and customers intending to spend time outdoors as for travelers, young tourists, and regional customers.
SSpringfieldThe first time I stayed, I felt very good, especially the bathroom, the facilities are complete, there is hot water up, this is rare in hotels of the same level in Lebanon, wooden floor, big bed, socket internationalization, very convenient next time I will choose 👍
GGuest UserMy only dissapointment was that I didn't book longer. Originally I booked two other hotels for 4 nights before moving here for my final night in Beirut. All were almost equally priced, however, the difference in standards was vast. Napoleon hotel was by far the best. The reception staff were the most professional, well-mannered, efficient and best dressed. The room was the largest by far, including the bed, and had more amenities and newer appliances. The bathroom seemed almost new and was very large, and a bonus addition was the 8th floor balcony. I have no complaints, the only less notbale features were the broken hairdryer, the water taking around 5 minutes to heat and the wifi was a little slow, however, even with these small issues, it was by far the best hotel for the price paid that I stayed at in Lebanon, and I can thoroughly recommend it to all.
GGuest User⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 10/10 Exceptional Stay — Highly Recommended!
I had an absolutely amazing stay.
The room was spotless, the corners were perfectly clean, and the floor was shining the moment I walked in. The bed was very comfortable and the whole room felt fresh, well-maintained, and welcoming.
The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and professional, making the entire experience smooth from check-in to check-out.
The toilets were very tidy, clean, and organized, which added a lot to the comfort of the stay.
The hotel is safe, quiet, and in the best location in Hamra, just steps away from AUBMC, restaurants, and all main attractions.
Great value, great service, and truly exceptional cleanliness.
Honestly, a 10/10 stay. I highly recommend it and will definitely choose it again.
