"Nice and clean hotel foe its age. It's located in a great location as its name states. Close enough to walk to many of the things your coming here for. The restaurant in the mall that serves guests staying at the hotel was very good. Bean Talk bistro. Only negative I could think of is thetes a little noise when guests are entering and exiting there rooms and they don't have netflix. But overall it was a great stay. Definitely will stay at this hotel agian."

"The room is suitable for families (we are 5) with enough space to accommodate everyone comfortably. The beds were comfortable, and the bed sheets and towels were clean, although the towels looked a bit worn and were not the quality I expected. The bathroom was spacious, clean, and equipped with a hot shower. One thing to note is that there is ongoing renovation work and the construction noise can be heard from inside the room. The rooms are also not very soundproof, so you may hear other guests walking or talking in the corridor. On the positive side, the restaurant was excellent and the staff provided great service throughout our stay. Overall I would recommend this hotel for budget-conscious travelers. Just don't expect luxury amenities or a staycation type experience. It's a good option if you're mainly looking for a comfortable place to sleep while exploring the area."

"Solid stay, but front desk service could be more consistent I’d give this Microtel a thumbs up for cleanliness and convenience. Being walking distance to Victory Liner made our spontaneous trip much easier. The room was tidy, the breakfast was worth it, and the free coffee in the lobby was a lifesaver. A tip for travelers: Book online! The walk-in rates were significantly higher. Also, while most staff were great, our check-in inquiry felt a bit cold—first impressions matter, regardless of how ”haggard” a traveler might look after a long trip. Lastly, don't expect to stream movies as the TV is basic. Overall a nice stay, but a bit more warmth at the front desk and a tech upgrade would make it 5 stars."

"The soundproofing is completely lacking. I can hear people running around in the next room, and the walls resonate. The price isn't cheap, but compared to other places in the city center, where prices are surprisingly high, this is a decent place. Breakfast is provided, and there's a Jollibee, McDonald's, and a supermarket right in the building, making it convenient."

"Had an awesome stay here at Lafaayette! The rooms were very clean, and the towels, linens, and complimentary kits were fancy and complete. We didn’t even need to call the front desk because everything we needed was already provided upon check-in. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast was also very good. The hotel is conveniently located right in the heart of town, making it easy to get around. A great place indeed, truly the perfect combination of luxury and superb service.
