This is our second time staying in this property and I have to say it never disappoints. This time I had an event in the property and I stayed only for one night with my son. I called the property to request for an early check in and Farooq was kind enough to grant the request. We checked in at 11am! Upon check in, there was one lady who kindly assisted us. Her name is Sharon and I came to know later that she is the Executive Housekeeper in the property. She even went out her way to show me the RIXY KIDS club so my son can enjoy some activities during our stay. She was so kind and warm. We reached the room and we were again surprised to receive some complimentary sweets sent by her. Our stay was nothing short of amazing. More than the amazing facilities of the property, I think it’s really the warmth and kind hospitality of the people in the property that makes this hotel stand out. Will definitely come back again.

Stayed for my layover of 12 hours during my travel. Hotel is close to the airport. Clean, quiet. Staff is very fast and polite. Room is clean and comfortable. Restaurant makes good club sandwich and pizza. Room service was fast and pleasant. I paid $54 canadian dollars- excellent price. Thank you

Facilities: The panoramic suite has two bathrooms. Cleanliness: Relatively clean and comfortable. This was my second stay, but the Indian female receptionist at the front desk was not as friendly as the one we had during our first visit. We requested a higher floor, and this room type is typically on floors 2 to 4, but she insisted on putting us on the 2nd floor. The other staff members, including the cleaners, were as friendly and welcoming as ever.

We really appreciated this facility for its location and services. My family was well accommodated and the facility was in close proximity to the Metro. Good food. Good location though surrounding businesses affect the cleanliness of the area. Nothing of their fault. Overall a four is fair.

The room was a bit small, and the bathroom had black mold. The service wasn't great either. On our second morning, we had to queue for breakfast outside the door for about 15 minutes because the breakfast area was too small. However, the hotel's location is excellent. It's about a 10-minute walk to the National Museum, and the Museum of Islamic Art and Souq Waqif are also within easy walking distance. I also discovered a Chinese restaurant called 'Dragon Restaurant' about 100 meters across from the hotel. The food there was delicious, so we ended up having dinner there two nights in a row, although it was a bit pricey (a meat and a vegetable dish cost over 200 RMB). I saw a lot of people eating hot pot there, but I didn't check the prices for that. I hope this information is helpful for future travelers.

I had a very pleasant stay at Palm Inn Hotel Doha. The staff were friendly and attentive, the room was clean and comfortable, and the overall service exceeded my expectations. The hotel facilities were well maintained, and I appreciated the smooth check-in process and the comfortable atmosphere throughout my stay. The only drawback for me was the location, which was slightly inconvenient for accessing some major spots in the city. However, aside from that, everything else was nearly perfect and I genuinely enjoyed my time at the hotel.

Wonder Palace Hotel, Doha I stayed at this hotel but decided to leave due to two main issues: 1. Late Checkout Problem – They strictly ask guests to check out by 12 PM and do not allow even a 30-minute extension. This is not flexible or guest-friendly, especially for frequent travelers. 2. Parking Issue – The hotel does not provide valet parking. No driver or parking assistant is available during day or night. The hotel has only 27 parking spots in the B1 basement and around 6 in front of the building, which are usually full. So we are forced to park far away and walk back to the hotel – very inconvenient, especially with luggage or in hot weather. Why can’t the hotel keep just two valet drivers – one for the daytime and one for night? This is a basic service that many hotels manage easily. If they really don’t have drivers, I’m happy to provide one from my own company. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously to improve their services for future guests.

The location is great, with a port and a park nearby, perfect for a run or a stroll, and the scenery is lovely. There are Chinese restaurants and other small shops close by to choose from. My only complaint is a constantly noisy exhaust fan that couldn't be fixed.

A beautiful hotel but falls short of 5 star service. The service received was pretty inconsistent as some members of staff and certain situations were dealt with to a top standard but the hotel fell short in other areas. The poolside was not staffed so on our 2 days that we spent there (would have spent more but it was boring), there was nothing provided to eat or drink. Spending time by the pool is a big part of my holiday so this was really disappointing. When I enquired with a staff member, I was told it is un-manned due to a lack of guests using the pool. This wasnt an acceptable reason. The other situation I had was when I asked if I could change money using my contactless card (we forgot our bank cards!) - 2 members of staff said it is possible then when I went to change the money, the manager(Nicole) came and advised that it actually isnt possible. Very unprofessional. Check-in was really nice and Kartik was friendly and helpful. The gentleman at the door was very, very helpful in all matters and 2 members of staff at Alnafourah were also very helpful and friendly. We watched football at Alnafourah and we were treated well and nicely accommodated. Another incident occured when we came back to our room following a visit to the pool and having had our room made up, there were no towels! I had to call twice to housekeeping to advise them as they took so long to respond then when a member from housekeeping arrived, he told me the towels will take an hour to arrive! Never experienced something like this at a 5 star hotel. I had to go down to reception to resolve the situation and I will say that Nicole did sort it out immediately, the housekeeping manager visited our room to apologise and provided a complimentary fruit bowl. Nicole also offered a wonderful gesture by giving us complimentary entrance to a beautiful 'brunch by the pool' evening dinner. This was a lovely gesture as the food on offer was delightful. The gesture was very much appreciated. The location of the hotel isnt the best as there isnt too much to do in the area but taxis are so easy to get, this isnt too much of an issue. Overall, a really nice hotel but in my opinion, falls short of 5 star standard but does provide good value for the price. Nice but I wouldn't stay here again. Overall service needs improvement.

Beautiful location near Old Doha Port. Delicious dinner and breakfast services. We received a lovely welcome message for the children with cookies to decorate. Beach view rooms were stunning. However, deluxe twin room had two small single beds, not really enough for family of three. Mr Rafiq was particularly attentive to our needs and asked after our preferences throughout our stay. Mr Ahmed was extremely helpful and kind towards the children during dinner and breakfast service. All the hotel staff were very welcoming. The Spa has a ladies only area, but staff did not really explain what facilities and services were available. The ladies changing room was not really well stocked with amenities, although staff kindly provided any items asked for. Lovely family hotel overall. Worth a visit at least once if staying in Old Doha Port. Watch out for busy traffic in this neighbourhood and not many grocery shops nearby.
