PPeiPearlThe hotel's location is super convenient for shopping and sightseeing right outside the door! There are also plenty of dining options. The facilities are great, though the heated towel rail wasn't turned on. The main downside is that it's right on a central road, so it's incredibly noisy! There's constant traffic, and downstairs by the roadside, young people laughing loudly at the cafe were really annoying. We had no choice but to keep the windows closed and endure the stuffiness; we couldn't open them for fresh air while sleeping!

GGuest UserWe stayed at the Moxy recently and have mixed feelings. On one hand, the hotel itself is great and we enjoyed the atmosphere and the facilities. On the other hand, the service we received regarding a flight cancellation left a bitter taste.
We were originally booked for Feb 18–21. Due to a severe snowstorm on the 18th, Bucharest airport was closed and our flight was rescheduled, meaning we could only arrive on the 19th. When we contacted the hotel to explain the situation (a clear case of ”Force Majeure”) and asked for some flexibility with the dates, the staff was quite dismissive. They claimed that because the booking was made through a third-party app and not directly, they couldn't help us at all.
While we understand the technicalities of third-party bookings, the rigid and empathetic-free approach was disappointing. Despite this, we chose to extend our stay until the 22nd because we liked the hotel itself, but the way our initial request was handled definitely cast a shadow over our experience.
Bottom line: A cool hotel, but don't expect much help from management if something goes wrong with your travel plans.

Opened in 1886, the building is beautiful, the rooms are luxurious, and it is located in the city center. There is also a massage service in the room, and the charge is about HK$760 for two hours, which should be considered cheap in Europe

MMCUZZAOur stay at the Mercure Bucharest was truly memorable, thanks to the exceptional service and warm hospitality. The rooms were spacious, modern, and spotlessly clean, providing a comfortable retreat after a day of exploring the city. The attention to detail in the room's amenities made our stay even more enjoyable.
A special mention goes to the receptionist, who was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. She provided us with amazing suggestions for places to visit in Romania, turning our holiday into an incredible experience. Her local knowledge and enthusiasm made all the difference, guiding us to hidden gems we might have otherwise missed.
The breakfast at the hotel was fantastic, offering a wide variety of fresh and delicious options that catered to all tastes. It was the perfect way to start our days of sightseeing.
The hotel's location is very convenient, with easy access to Bucharest's main attractions and public transport. Whether you're in town for business or leisure, Mercure Bucharest offers a welcoming and comfortable stay. GGuest UserI cannot fault this hotel. So perfectly situated without being noisy, lovely staff, fantastic and varied breakfast (with excellent coffee), a well appointed gym, spotless and spacious. Thank you for making a solo female traveller happy, well fed and safe.

This is my second time staying at this establishment.
Everything was fine, except for a persistent sewage smell that lasted for a few hours upon my arrival.
I would happily return to this establishment, but please make sure this kind of problem doesn't happen again. Even though I didn't report it this time, I won't stay if it recurs. As I said, I really like this place.

SSyed Muhammad shahid AliIt was good experience. Closer to bus station and tram station was only 700 meter . The only bad point was lot of noise . No control after evening . Groups were singing and disturbing others . Breakfast was included . Simple and good . But noise made the stay horrible . Must be control after 8 PM . Rest was good
