GGuest UserOn the night of May 31, 2026, a very loud alarm went off for a long time. Many people came down from their rooms. I regret not taking photos, and the hotel didn't provide any explanation for what happened. I couldn't sleep when I went back up to my room. Also, there's a 1000 deposit required before check-in. When checking out, I lost my deposit slip, and even though I didn't steal anything from the room, I was fined because I didn't have the slip (in the end, the hotel only refunded me 100 baht, even though they already had a record of my payment).
Another issue was the key card for the room. I stayed for 2 days and 1 night, and I was locked out twice. I had to go to the reception to have them reset the card system so I could open the room. I noticed that other rooms also had the same problem. Even at around 3 AM, when the alarm went off, someone couldn't get into their room and had to wait for reception to reset it. Overall, I was very unimpressed with my stay here.

GGuest UserAn excellent place to stay while traveling through Thailand. It has its own parking, a quiet location, and clean, cozy rooms with large windows. It was disappointing that breakfast had to be ordered in advance; we didn't quite understand the bistro's operating hours.

My stay at Inlaya Resort Ratchaburi was nothing short of surreal. From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by the astonishing landscape that perfectly blends nature’s beauty with the resort’s thoughtfully designed spaces.
One of the highlights of my stay was witnessing the breathtaking sunset views from different vantage points—the restaurant, lake view rooms, and the hotel’s façade all offered a picture-perfect backdrop as the sun dipped below the horizon, painting the sky in warm hues.
The breakfast was delightful, and every dish served at the restaurant (Inlaya Bar and Grill) was sumptuous, showcasing rich flavors that complemented the serene ambiance.
The Krathom Café provided yet another stunning view, making it a great spot to relax. While the food at the café was excellent, there is still room for improvement when it comes to their drinks.
However, one area that could be improved in Inlaya Resort is the housekeeping etiquette. During my stay, a housekeeper tried to enter my room using their keycard without knocking or confirming if I wanted my room to be cleaned. It scared me! 😅
While she apologized upon realizing someone was inside, it would be much better if staff ensured guests’ privacy by KNOCKING first and asking for permission before entering. 🙏
Overall, Inlaya Resort Ratchaburi is a hidden gem—a place where nature, comfort, and culinary delights come together to create an unforgettable retreat.
With a little attention to detail in service, it would be even more exceptional. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and scenic getaway in Thailand.

LLiyimengThe room is spacious, suite room, there are 2 cold air conditioners, the bathroom is a bit old, overall good, the room is not soundproof. Heard the noise next to the room doing activities very late at night.

GGuest UserLet's start with the positive: staff is very nice as per Thailand general experience. Room was clean, no concern. Breakfast is nice. But we were not lucky. The pool had bad smell coming from sumps in neighbor alley. Made it unpleasant to spend time there. On our last night the A/C began dripping so much that we had to change room this close to midnight. Went 2 floors above to a similar room which was were warm about 33 degrees. Front desk refused a compensation for this bad experience, claiming we had the benefit of an upgrade!! TRIP.COM was nice enought to offer a decent compensation i coins. We had 1 dinner by the river restaurant. It was OK, not more than that.
