Very good service. We called them and told them we would arrive late, they placed our keys in a secure code lock outside so we could fetch our keys.
They took the phone after just 1 ring, so very swift.

Everything was perfect, worthy of the standard of this hotel. From parking, to the friendly welcome, the beautiful room, the delicious dinner and breakfast, to the beautiful walk around the lake, everything went smoothly, quietly and pleasantly. It's a hotel you go to if you want to walk in the woods, eat good food and chill. Very suitable for people who appreciate peace, nature and comfort.

It is the third time this year we are staying at this briliant hotel. Very nice people and the rooms clean and nice. The restaurant serve delisius food , and again high service.
So all over simply the best !! for sure we will be back.

Positiv: Wir hatten nach einem Spaziergang am Schmalsee nach längerer Zeit wieder einmal das Restaurant des Hotels besucht. Wir bestellten Grantinierte Medaillons vom Jungschweinfilet (22,50 €) und Carpaccio vom Bio Rinderfilet (14.50 €). Beides war sehr gut in der Zubereitung und Geschmack. Die Wartezeit kurz. Negativ: Wir hatte uns am zugeteilten Tisch kaum hingesetzt wurde schon nach den Getränken gefragt. Vorher sollte dann schon ein Blick in die Getränkekarte möglich sein. Direkt gegenüber unseres Tisches traf eine größere Gesellschaft ein. Bereits zu Beginn war es dann so laut das ein entspanntes Essen zu zweit nicht mehr möglich war. Meiner Bitte an die Bedienung vor Beginn des Essens an einen Tisch in den ruhigen Nebenraum zu wechseln wurde nicht entsprochen. Später saß dort einsam ein Gast und genoß die Ruhe. Bezüglich Bedienungsprofessionalität ist also noch Luft nach oben.

Virkelig fint stort værelse med lille køkken. Ligger i skoven ved en lille sø. Man spiser godt i restauranten. Personalet er i mødekommende og meget hjælpsomme. Rigtig god service
