我是攜程金鑽，一年出差幾十次，第一次攜程給酒店差評，真的buff疊滿。首先，酒店設施不錯，智能語音，也比較乾淨，這個是我認可的。下面説下我發生的事。
第一，晚上12點，我覺得屋子悶，開空調沒反應。給前台打電話，滴了半天，一個男的很不耐煩的説了句喂，我説了空調問題，給我回復你等會打，語氣依舊很拽，我不明白這人是誰，怎麼培訓的，連個你好不會説？我都會説謝謝。
第二，沒過一會前台給回了電話，説是什麼物業的人接的電話，不是他們酒店的，ok這事我不追究。空調問題給我回復，晚上沒有師傅，讓我把窗户開開。直到我退房，酒店也沒給我處理空調問題。
第三，買了早餐，7-10點用餐，我9點15左右去，啥都空了，告訴我衹有麪條。我想請問下，每天多少人用餐，你們酒店不知道麼？我衹吃麪條還用去你們餐廳麼？我隨便去外面的麪館吃，口感不比你家好麼？看你們工作人員表情，好像9點15沒有餐是理所應當的？
不知道貴酒店是怎麼平常培訓的，我看擺爛的水平不錯，繼續加油，努力。

房間很大，而且特別乾淨，都是智能家居，小度語音控制，開電視空調窗簾等，體驗感非常好。而且酒店有免費地下停車場。我們是春節假期在周邊旅遊，每天不同的酒店和民宿，還是品牌連鎖酒店更好，值得推薦！（照片是準備退房的時候拍的。）

意外發現的寶藏酒店
首先交通很便利，下高速後10多分鐘直接到達酒店，
其次步行3分鐘就是夜市，裏面吃的還很多，樓下有超市還有蜜雪很方便。地下室停車直接上大廳。
酒店服務很好，當時我帶兩個娃兒，前台小姐姐還給我升級了親子房。
最最最想不到的是，這個價位還能住到智能酒店，語音小度控制，娃兒們喜歡的很。

房間乾淨整潔智能控制，澡水也很棒！早餐也不錯！性價比很高！關鍵還是寵物友好，這對於愛寵人士來説簡直太好了！原本訂了兩天，後來又續住了一天。本次閬中古城之行開心圓滿！
