房間太老了，浴巾毛巾已經發黃了都不知道換一下，主要房間不隔音。房間所有東西都收費連礦泉水都收費，沒有任何免費提供的瓶裝水，真的是第一次見這樣的三星酒店

第一次給酒店差評。
設施：洗手盆是破的，一條裂縫。吹風機一個拳頭大。馬桶也是很久了，沖水沖不動
衞生：第一次見深色的毛巾。臟的也看不出來
服務：早上退房足足等了10幾分鐘
環境：一進電梯嚇我一跳，直接沉了一下。太老舊了，床也是拼接的

酒店沒有熱水，打電話問前台説是鍋爐壞了在檢修，要今天晚上才能修好，我來住就是來洗澡的，也沒洗上，前台説等一會馬上就好了結果等了一個小時，沒好到退房的時間了，前台問要不再住一晚今天晚上就好了，我是來給你們家做慈善的嗎還**再住一晚，而且沒有熱水為什麼不提前告知，就要哄着人住下，還想矇混過關嗎，簡直讓人噁心，祝你早日倒閉

房間挺寬敞的，進去很亮堂，衞生也乾淨沒有一絲灰塵，外面視野也特別好，服務員都很專業，對於周邊特別熟悉，問什麼都能給你説的很清楚，少走了很多彎路，房間設施設備很完善，各種合理需求不出門就能滿足，這是出差遇到過性價比最高的酒店了，不愧是星級酒店，以後也會同事來海石灣出差，也會推薦金海灣大酒店，非常好

很滿意的一次入住，酒店地理位置很好，周邊環境很不錯，超市，葯店，小吃街都很近，很方便，房間衞生乾淨，設施齊全，空調很好，性價比高，住的很舒心！前台服務很貼心，很專業！酒店6樓還有餐廳，菜品很好吃，服務很周到，建議入住酒店的朋友們可以去品嚐，不出酒店門就能吃到當地的特色菜品，方便又美味。

這是個位置很好的酒店，下了高速10幾分鐘就能看到，就在國道邊上，很好找。旁邊就有超市，買東西方便。價格也不貴，尤其前台服務非常貼心，環境也不錯，房間乾淨，窗户很大，晚上到了外面下些小雨，沒有開空調睡得也很舒服😊極力推薦。
