住了兩次，一次比一次感受差，第一次床單有洞説陸續更換沒換完，不影響住宿，第二次國慶去的，電視一直沒信號，房間冷，空調沒有暖風，服務員説總機沒改模式，衹有冷風，到冬天才有暖風，沒辦法。衞生一般，廁所地上馬桶旁邊頭髮沒有清理乾淨。

在攜程網上訂的房間，和酒店具體的房間有很大的差別。酒店的意思是攜程網上的房間照片就不能當作具體到酒店的訂房？我就不能明白，難到攜程網的房間的照片就沒什麼用？最後我的要求下，酒店換了攜程網上訂的房間型號。

服務不錯，免費升級了房間，大床睡起來很舒服，地下停車場超多停車位，領票免費停車，但是酒店的位置稍偏僻，門口也沒有任何指示標誌，尤其是晚上到達非常難找，吃飯購物也不太方便。

酒店房間不錯，大堂特別温馨，衞生乾淨，地板衞生乾淨，書桌整潔，沙發座椅很新，衞生不錯，工作人員全都特別熱情，房間乾淨，洗手間枱麪整潔明瞭，床上衞生乾淨，床品乾淨，整潔明瞭，舒服。床墊不錯，枕頭舒服。房間內合理的設計佈局，沐浴露、洗髮水、護髮都很舒服，味道高級，還特別好用，洗護套裝的衞生乾淨，花灑出水量大，出熱水快，淋浴舒服。推薦大家來入住哦！

一場蘭馬體驗了蘭州人民全方位的熱情，從賽事主辦方，服務團隊，保障團隊等方方面面熱情似火。酒店同樣對待參賽人員照顧周到，前台有個微胖的姑娘服務好語言美，服務人員臉上總帶着笑容，讓人感到温暖。住宿環境乾淨整潔舒適。超讚。

酒店服務人員超級好，進門辦理會細心詢問，而且非常體貼，停車也特別方便而且都是免費的，還會主動幫忙、其次酒店衞生真的非常乾淨，客房大姐打掃衞生的時候非常細緻，就連角落的衞生死角都清理的乾乾淨淨，酒店隔音也很不錯，非常棒、接待退房都是張張小姐姐温柔態度又好
